We came here on the Saturday of the Black Friday sales. It was crazily busy! We were served by Patrick, who went over and above our expectations of customer service! We were total rookies (with the items/set up we wanted to achieve) and Patrick patiently explained everything, showing us different options with his vast knowledge of ALL the products. He spent over an hour with us all up!
It was a very pleasant experience....and he is certainly management material.

All four staff members I dealt with today (22 March) in regards to a defect in a product I had recently purchased were SO helpful and friendly, I was really impressed with their service 👏

Go to place when it comes to my technology and entertainment needs. Store has been upgraded to better access and locate different catergories from phones, tablets and computers, to DVD, video games and even Musical instruments.

Staff are always friendly and are great at helping you with any questions you might have with great advice given.

Stores policy is great with their satisfaction return policy which I have yet actually go through with, but is great to know that it's there in case you re not satisfied with the product you've purchased.

Good location with small parking space, but very close to the main market place's underground carparking and main entry, making it always a go to place to browse through when I'm down town.

Nice to deal with someone who is interested in recommending the most suitable product based on what I was looking for.

Good shopping. Friendly staff and very helpful. Plenty of stock to choose from.

When she had told me how happy she was & how kind he was to her I had to write a review on her behalf as it’s not always easy these days to come across excellent customer service! My daughter and I visited this store this afternoon to purchase a tablet. A staff member named Braydon helped us find the right tablet for a really good price. He was friendly and very eager to answer all of our questions. And his wealth of knowledge was exceptional 👏. We walked out with an amazing drawing tablet and a pen perfect for my daughter. Thank you Braydon, you deserve a pay rise. 😊

Excellent service from Glen at this JB Hi-Fi store. Nothing was too much trouble for him at all when I bought a new phone and needed all the information and photos transferred from my old phone. He is an absolute credit to the company. When there is so much negative feedback provided about anything, I felt a compliment was required in this case. Many thanks to Glen and his expertise in this area.

My favourite tech and others shop in wagga. The staff and range are fantastic. Prices are always competitive and they go above and beyond with advice and direction for your specific needs.

I got a 75 inch tv a few years ago. They had it delivered and all was great. Later that day i unboxed the tv only to discover a huge dent in the screen. I rang jb hi fi who immediately sent the courier over to pick up the tv and the next day a replacement was sent. They were excellent in sorting out the problem and even rang back a few days later to see how the new tv was goin. Since then i have brought 2 smaller tv's and a set of headphones. Some other retailers should learn from jb as they seem a little bit lazy in the warranty and replacement of items.
