By far the best dentist I've been to And super friendly and easy going. Jae-man took plenty of time to explain everything and was very careful when taking care of my teeth - something I appreciate given I have sensitive teeth. Highly recommended for everyone!

I bought the crown treatment on Groupon, I so went to see Dr Jae for consultation I must say that was he best consultation I have even had.

He made me feel so comfortable took his time to explain everything in details so full of knowledge..

although I didn’t get to carry out the crown treatment that I purchases as I have more thinking and decision to make after the consultation.. I got refund which was easy after I made for the consultation.

I visited Dr. Jae about 6 years ago, after purchasing a Groupon voucher. I have remained a patient ever since. I have recommended both my husband and parents, as well who are so happy with him. He is super friendly, professional and extremely thorough. Even though I have moved away from the area, I will continue seeing Dr. Jae.

I come from Hornsby to see Jae, he is the most gentle, kind, considerate and empathetic dentist I have ever known, and talks you through everything he is doing moment to moment. He is credible and takes the time to do an amazing job, far beyond the care any other dentist I’ve experienced. Highly recommended!

Customer service is second to none. They are very accommodating. Explained everything dentist was doing throughout procedure, highly professional with all the technology. I got Zoom whitening via Groupon and it whitened maybe one shade, first time I try Zoom, it's about same result I got from salon type so that was little disappointing but nothing to do with Crown Dental and more Zoom and my teeth of course., plus I feel happy knowing it's safer. Thanks, lovely experience, I recommend, will return.

Great Customer service, easy location right across Chatswood Westfield. Staff and Dr Hong are extremely friendly and professional and the practice is very clean and hygienic, fitted with all the latest modern technology and equipment.

From first arrival I was welcomed by Lynda who is extremely friendly and a delight to have a chat with. All staff are really friendly and I think that's what made the dental procedure a bit less stressful.

I'm really happy I purchased my Zoom teeth whitening procedure and had it done for the first time, happy with the results, will return for next 6 months routine check-up.

Dr. Jae-man Hong is always thorough and attentive. I initially attended this practice a few years ago to have dental crowns put in but have since completely switched over to Dr Hong as my regular dentist. It also helps that Dr Hong is a great guy with good chat! The no-gap insurance coverage here is a huge bonus.

Dr Hong has been my dentist for the last few years now. I have never had a dentist as patient and thorough as Dr Hong. I have gone in for numerous general checkup and cleaning sessions and each one was met with the utmost care and diligence. He really takes his time to make sure that the cleaning is done properly and professionally.

I also had an implant surgery performed by Dr Hong. Prior to the surgery, he was very patient and forthright in explaining what the various options were and what to expect from each option. During the surgery he was very careful and continually kept me up to date with the progress and what was happening.

The clinic is also really clean and the equipment is very modern. Would certainly recommend him to anyone searching for a dentist.
