Great advice, constant communication and fantastic outcome. Gavin provided what turned out to be a very accurate price guide for the sale of our unit. Aided by Andrew, the service by the team from start to finish was superb. Always a nervy time when you are selling, the experience and calmness of the guys was a major benefit during the process. In the end, our unit sold in less than 3 weeks and we achieved the figure we were looking for, maybe a little more in fact. This is the not the first time we’ve used Ray White, having sold and bought with them previously and we were not disappointed. Their database is huge, experience and knowledge vast, all backed up by a great team with huge care factor.

A safe pair of hands. We told Gavin that we wanted to test the market to gauge the interest in our house. Gavin explained the options available and suggested releasing our property on their internal database would give us an indication, with minimal cost. Even though we were not committed to selling, Gavin made himself available to answer all our questions without ever pushing any agenda. We did go ahead with listing on Ray White's internal database, and sold our house after one open house. Gavin and his team couldn't have made the process any easier.
