Love shopping in DJs Miranda. It's a beautiful store and everything is beautifully set out, so very easy to look through. A big selection in womens fashion, for all ages, all the brands we love and more. We always find alot. Great service, friendly, helpful staff as always.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding customer service provided by Ebru at Ultraceuticals. Ebru’s expertise shown through as she carefully curated a selection of Ultraceuticals products tailored to address my specific skincare needs. She took the time to explain each product’s benefits and ingredients, ensuring that I felt confident in my choices. Her personalized recommendations were spot-on, and I could tell that she genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best results for my skin.

I recently visited the Ultraceuticals counter, the new counter manager Ebru provided an outstanding experience. She demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, particularly during a skin consultation where she explained why I should switch my vitamin A cream to night time use. Her friendly approach made the interaction enjoyable and I left with a better understanding of my skincare routine. Kudos to Ebru for her expertise and customer-friendly service! Definitely will be visiting again soon.

If you’re anything like me - a mere male and more comfortable studying 2-stage thermonuclear device design or Pre-Cambrian invertebrate palaeontology - then you’ll surely appreciate the almost suffocating horror of necessarily having to front up solo to Westfield Miranda, in order to make the ostensibly simple purchase of quality bed sheeting. You have to understand that there are those of us - in truth the majority - who accomplish this task with effortless ease, grace and dignity. After a brisk reconnaissance and parley ‘O, that’ll do fine thanks’, efficiently pay and walk away. LOL not us (spectrum-dwelling) over-thinkers… Not surprisingly after two rounds of unhappy interaction with a couple of major Westfield retailers, I was ready to throw in the towel, having been (reasonably disgracefully) under-serviced at one and struggling with a tyranny of choice and feeling assertively pressured at the other. You all know that witheringly condescending look on the salesperson’s face, as if to say ‘Lord, you’re wasting my wretched time and I’ve so many better things I could be doing than wrangling with dithering you…’ Cutting this threateningly wayward dose of angst short - then there was ‘Sia T’ - the Sheridan expert at David Jones. An absolutely 1st-class professional with profound technical expertise, customer empathy and sheer loveliness in equal measures…! A blast from the past olden days when service really truly meant something. In an otherwise sorry contemporary age, where our signature heavyweight national retail brands (I’m looking at you flying kangaroo, the major bank cartel, grocery duopoly, etc, ad nauseum…) aggressively pursue embarrassing levels of profit whilst abandoning traditional service levels amidst a general cost-of-living crisis, there still thankfully exist pockets of old-fashioned, polished professionalism, top-class training, decades-long experience and patently sincere camaraderie. Thank you Sia for understanding my needs, generously taking the necessary time to assist me and… simply caring. I’ll never have to shop for bedding anywhere else other than Westfield DJs Sheridan. (Consequently there’s clearly no need to hit the Panic Button…!) M

Well Managed clothing products placed on for Easier Shopping experience. Products are placed on different sections on basis of clothing, electronics, bedding, perfumes, etc.

In big shopping centre the customer service really matters. I'm really happy with Customer Service Response which helped me to get the product in a less time.

Discounted items are placed nearby the entrance area which makes it easier for customers to see.

Thank you Adrianna & crew at DJs Witchery & sales points near by, your help, knowledge & genuine enthusiasm with not only myself but I noticed with all customers was exceptional. Something that really stood out! I’ll make the trip from the Northside more often to shop at Miranda to have the awesome experience of great customer service (something that is sadly lacking in majority of all businesses these days) again x

Wonderful experience in Miranda David Jones on Saturday 5/8 a beautiful blonde woman helped my husband and I find myself a longline jkt the women was very professional buzzing around and bringing the jkts to me unfortunately the store didn’t have my size but the assistant organised for the jkt to be delivered from another store to my home I was so impressed with her dedication. She made me feel special and made our day to have such wonderful service. I am writing this as I feel many people are quick to write bad reviews when things don’t quite go there way BUT positive reviews are always fewer as people are happy and feel the need to reply I feel that this women is an asset to David Jones Miranda well done ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Unbelievable service from ANITA in Customer Service or Electrical Appliances (not sure) regardless, she went above and beyond in assisting us with our purchases (Magimix & Ninja Airfryer) and providing honest customer service.

Went to Witchery on Saturday. Great customer service from the manager at Witchery and a young girl , who assisted me with her excellent service. They both were amazing. I love shopping in witchery and will go back to David jones Miranda all the time. Thank you guys, much appreciated your assistance.

I went into the electrical Dept at Mirandra store and wasn’t sure which appliance to purchase. I was attended by a customer service representative of the name Daniel. Daniel was able to advise me which product would suit my needs and was sooo knowledgeable, about the entire range they have to offer. Definitely will go back when my kitchen is completed.

The gentleman in homewares was so fantastic. He was full of information, took his time with us and went above and beyond to get what we were looking for. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and are very happy with our purchases.

Popped into the Miranda YSL on a very busy morning, to be assisted by the lovely Tanaja. I have been searching for a lightweight foundation that didn’t make me look bright orange, but also provided good coverage. Tanaja colour matched my skin tone perfectly and provided advise on how to best apply the makeup. She discussed other products and never rushed me or pressured me into buying anything I didn’t want. She provided samples to try at home and I know I will be back to buy them as they are such great products.
Also want to shout out to the ladies at Clinique who are also amazing at this store. They have always been super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in their recommendations in their skincare range and products which are amazing!.

Great customer service from a young girl named, Cara, who assisted me with her 110% of her time. She had to go to the back to get what I needed. Along the way, she got distracted by the same man twice who also needed assistance. She excused herself on both occasions explaining she was already helping another with a beautiful pleasant manner and continue on her way. Well done Cara👏🙌🙌👏🤗😍

I went in to buy a Dyson product and Rachel was so helpful. There was an issue with stock and she called the Dyson rep on the spot! You don't get that kind of service any more.
Rachel is a credit to the business and I will always return to DJ's

Just wanted to shoutout to the gorgeous Gigi who works in the Witchery/Womens Fashion Department. She helped me with a phone order - the background store music was playing way too loud so she had trouble hearing me, so had to finish the call on her personal mobile phone. I really appreciated her going out of her way to finish the sale - truly dedicated to her job where other sales associates would have hung up the phone and probably given up.

Gigi is an asset to your retail team, treasure wonderful staff like her! (And turn down the store music so your retail staff can hear!)
