Professional and smooth process . Liam from Pulse enabled us to secure our dream home in our chosen school catchment zone despite a lot of competition and a tight timeframe. Process, Reassurance and Execution. Lucas is not just selling houses, he is extremely passionate about real estate. His knowledge and history of the Sutherland Shire (our only suburbs of interest) demonstrated this deep passion. He really cares about what he is doing.
As for expertise, Lucas is communicated with us very clearly on current market conditions and prospective buyers. Years of experience and having a solid process around the agreed campaign strategy helped set our expectations.
There were times where the buyers were coming and going however Lucas gave us all the confidence we needed to sit tight and follow the process. This reassurance ensured our emotions did not negatively impact the process.
And all the above becomes incredibly important when things start moving quickly. Buyers were all well informed along the way allowing Lucas to execute the sale getting us the best possible price.
You can definitely get what you pay for in life however costs are what you would expect and Lucas delivered significantly more value than we expected from an agent.
