Cotton On

After a rough night of saving the city, I graciously entered Cotton On and was instantly refreshed and accommodated by the staff who aided me in providing me clothes for my real life persona (Bruce Wayne). A lovely blonde staff member, (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly kind to me and was really easy to talk to. If I could give this store six stars, I would.

This is one of the better cotton on stores. It’s a large store with a lot to choose from and is always tidy. Registers and change rooms are at the back of the shop.
I’ve always had a great experience with staff too and have had help looking for clothes in the store and from their online store.

10/10 customer service, the staff were so nice even with the rush of boxing day

I will be for grateful to the beautiful young women who found the Christmas present I left behind and stored it safely until I managed to track it down!

Low stock due to covid

Great clothes don’t get me wrong but the staff are all rude and really don’t care. I work in retail I get the struggle sometimes but it’s every single time I go in there I feel unwelcome. Like come on! But the clothes are always so cute. One concern, the sizing only goes up to 16 and it’s quite limited. Me, normally a size 12-16 depending on the clothes would benefit from bigger sizes for comfort.
