Lovely car park. Can parks there whilst you answer your charges in the court. But don't gets remanded in custody or your bill at the car park will be the steep

Excellent operator support when I arrived 20 minutes earlier than pre booked time. Easy to get to, excellent cafe at entrance. Tight for larger vehicles but no complaints and a good location.

Cheaper parking if book online , easy access to pin given

Car Park is located in a really convenient location to the courts and really easy to find and well presented. Definitely recommend if parking in this area.

The people were mostly friendly and helpful for tea tonight they are having a great big fish and chips

Never really had an issue. Needed to amend entry times today and was done with no issues over the phone quickly. Online prices are pretty fair considering where the parking is located. Overall happy to park here everyday and the 7 day parking passes work out to $16 a day which is a plus, signage is pretty specific with pricing so not sure where people are getting confused.

Prices are visible on entry, but that doesn't make them any less insane, $110 for 4+ hours has to be the most expensive parking in the CBD! Definitely preying on folks who have to spend time at the courts, usually not voluntarily. Also have to mention, whilst the car park itself is easy enough to navigate, there are NO disability parking spaces and no indication where any might be located. I had a lot of trouble finding suitable empty parking spaces with enough room to facilitate my wheelchair bound client. Not good enough at all.

I had used this park hundreds of times casually over the years with no problem. Consistent issues with their pay stations since change of management. Remote staff respond quickly enough via the speaker but their advice is usually ‘try again’ and it works magically. Since new management I have not once been able to just pay and go.

One thing that isn’t the car park managers fault, but a potential issue for first timers is the elevators for the building. When you want to go to the car park level from the lobby, there is a good chance that the upper floor express elevator will open - just get in and press an unlocked floor button and send it on a goose chase otherwise the elevator controller won’t send a car park elevator to the lobby.

I should be able to alter my booking as stated on the web page but instead I am charged the incorrect fee when I am forced to cancel the booking. How about at least providing the correct information.

No edit date / add bays button on the product selection page as stated in frequently asked questions document link on Web page. Also states $1.50 cancellation fee as did the operator on the phone, but I incurred a $2.50 cancellation on 4 occasions.

Extremely expensive...advice is to go on line and book it will save you $$$ I didn't know you could do that when I spent $77 for an hour and a half
