Great Zara store over 2 levels. When they have a sale, it is great because everything is discounted and they have a good style. Good quality and decent not too expensive.

I was overwhelmed by the sale and looking for a outfit that I needed for NYE. I asked a staff member who was sorting the rack I was looking at, her name was Louber, for an opinion similar to what I wanted however size was not available. She took the time in A busy peak hour in store to search for the, size and ended up suggesting alternate options. Outfit purchased was a result of her assistance and time. Very greatful

Great customer service and styling advise provided by Liubov. I have never ever come across such knowledgeable and friendly service in my life. This was unbelievable. Ten stars!!!!

Super friendly and knowledgable staff, they helped find my partner’s piece quickly. The manager with tattoos was so unbelievably professional and made sure we left happy.

My wife goes here and she seems to like it here. Conveniently there is a bench outside the store so you can sit and wait.

Zara are a welcome addition to Australian Shopping centres. They are great stores for fabulous fashionable clothing, shoes and accessories. Their day to day prices are really reasonable and they have great sales. I browse through Zara quite frequently as their range constantly updates and changes. The Miranda Fair store is not as crowded as the city store, rarely a line up for the change room and their stock is the same. Customer Service is good in Miranda, you can generally find someone to assist you when you have questions etc.
