Bungoona lookout and path

Bungoona lookout is very easy to walk, while the Honeoye track is middle hard due to a lot of stairs. We really enjoy the nature environment in the National Park.

Nice, quick, easy trail. And great lookout. But since this is National Park, parking is not free. $12 for the whole day. Fair enough 👍🏻 let us support our National Park.

Easy access if you walk from 159 Farnell Avenue. However I did the loop the other way around and came across this viewpoint towards the end of the loop. Offers a good view and there are benches where you can sit.

Easy broad flat walk that you can do with pushing anything on wheels. Saw a senior person walking this trail with walking frame. Absolutely stunning Bungoona Lookout not far from car park where spacious clean toilets are also located.

Native wildflowers, gnarled trees with massive roots & craggy rocks are a visual treat if you pay due attention...

The winds are very strong! The view over the deep river gorge reminds you of Scottish Lochs or NZ's Sounds. Obviously - a clear blue sky will enhance your pics.

Surprisingly beautiful place for a concrete path walk. Trees and rock structures are wonderfully architectural, and lots of other native plants. Easy walk, suitable for wheelchairs.
As you are at the top of a ridge, the view through the bush is great, and at the end of the path the lookout area has views of Hacking River.

This place is a great place to visit and have a light trail. You can have a quick route from the east part, or take a longer route through the park. The bushes are quite open and areas allow for even more beautiful views, from the river to the ocean. The trees are also a plus for making this trail special.

An amazing view. Just have to walk around 450 meters after parking! Must visit spot!

A short walk must see look out in the Royal National park. We were lucky to spot this little guy relaxing in its natural inhabitant 😀.

Infamous short walking around royal national Park from Cronulla side. Cycling is also possible here and the trail is big as a bus can fit in but only authorised vehicle is allowed.

Formed path to lookout. Access for both walkers and Wheelchairs. Plenty of parking. Fee applies if entering RNP and stopping.

Easy walk from Loftus/National Park along the fire trial; more hills and longer distance to reach the look out from the Grays Point end. Great trail for bike riders.
