After going on long walks, I was finding my feet were often in pain. I reached out to Andrew for some guidance on the best footwear to help solve the issue and he pointed me in the direction of some great shoes that I’ve since bought multiple pairs of due to all the extra kilometres I’ve been able to do. I saw Andrew Sharp for plantar fasciitis that I had for 3 months. Pleasingly, Andrew identified that the pain was not caused by my feet as I had previously been told by others. Andrew identified a weakness in my calf's when running, and through strength training exercises I was pain free in a few weeks. Andrew was very professional and did not just put me straight into orthotics for the sake of it.
