Greg, came to fix my Miele dishwasher and was prompt professional and even vacuumed around where he pulled out the dishwasher - bonus. A really good tradesman and nice to see that you can still receive good old fashioned service.

Greg and his team as safe and professional and work efficiently which brought my costs down and gave me a great outcome. I needed a new phase wired from the street with trenching through rock and garden, new switchboard and general replacement of switches and lights... they did it all, including fans and fault locating and repair. From the outset, Gregg was fantastic to deal with, great communication, prompt response, fair/competitive quote and had someone out ASAP to fit a fan and upgrade our consumer mains cabling. Recently my Meile washing machine stopped working and I was a desperate housewife. After ringing Meile direct who were booked out for a week and couldn't come any sooner. Very helpful information, after calling a few companies in regards to an induction cook top repair, I called GSS Electrical and before he even mentioned to me any prices I was advised to check a few things first to make sure I don't get charged for something that can be fixed over the phone, and sure enough it was, saving my daughter well over a $100 dollars the other companies quoted us.
