From the initial point of contact with Tracee my needs were met swiftly, professionally and in a very personable country manner.. Have just purchased a new home and had the pre purchase inspection done by Greg Goldspink at All Clear Inspections. I found Greg to have a great deal of knowlege and he knew what he was talking about. Greg pointed out issues that we didnt even notice. By having the inspection done and having the report that showed the defects we were able to negotiate again with the vendors and have all defects fixed. Being a first home buyer and the inspection being done in NSW, I currently live in QLD, All Clear Inspections were asked to do the building and pest inspection by the Real Estate agent. The detailed report and follow up phone call were much appreciated and things were explained clearly in order of importance. Being an older home I am very reassured that there appears to be no structural issues I will have problems with. Once I am moved in I will contact them re Termite prevention treatment.

Wow what a team!
Our Company worked along-side All Clear on the 2020 NSW Bush fire clean-up.
The start of the project was rushed and some would say set to fail though with Greg's Hazardous Substances technical knowledge, Tracees organisation, Mels thoroughness and Tim's can do attitude the initial hurdles were overcome and as the project progressed over the 5 months the process was un-scrutinised.
