Fantastic and Pet Friendly! I love Bob's so much, they are always so helpful and have a great range of items and animals. The only place I trust for reptiles, actually, any animal. They are clean and being a small business they have knowledgeable owners and staff that you won't get at big retail places.

I travel up from Albury to visit Bob's as it's the best place to get fish and fish supplies in the area. Recently, I bought 2 fancy oranda for my 5ft tank and they are absolutely gorgeous. Lovely colour, well fed and very healthy. It's really nice to see the betta fish in filtered, heated tanks instead of tiny cups, too.

A really good independent pet shop. Quite a big shop. Huge variety with some things not available at the 'big' chain stores.

Got two lovely female mice a month ago they are so lovely, although taking a while to get adjusted to there new home, they are amazing. Mouse food from there is also amazing, I highly recommend the Rodent origins made by VETAFARM. My only problem with Bob birds and pets is that they were extremely busy and took a long time just to pick up two mice. They also have an amazing Selection of dog breeds, if your looking for a hypoallergenic dog breed ring up and ask!

Purchased a large snail thinking they were a simple ordeal. The staff there however were very knowledgeable and helped my understand what I would need to ensure it would survive in my tank. A1 customer service with staff who are more than happy to go the extra mile.

We visited to buy a fish for 7 year old Jasmine. The lady who served us was very nice and knowledgeable. She advised us on breeds and the conditions needed for our new pet and provided wonderful service designed for a child to understand, addressing Jasmine and explaining the responsibility of fish care clearly. She told us about the breeds, helping us select a beautiful blue Betta fish who is now comfortable in his new home (a start up kit) and gas been named Coral.

Absolutely phenomenal.
Got a puppy and took us through everything, very kind staff, walked us through the food we should get, the type of bed, different types of collars, heaps of great tips. Everything was 20% off because it was with the puppy.

Vaccinated, chipped, and visited by the vet almost every 2 days. The next vaccination is $20 off with the same vet.

Great range of pets and they stock reptiles and amphibians. The advice that you get is excellent and thorough. The staff are happy to spend the time with you as well. They will also really help you out with any enquiries you have with your current pet. They have a great range of pet related stock as well. A very good place to shop for pets and also get any pet questions answered

His filters were covered the pump is neutered his environmental wants and needs were pampered beyond his desires 🥰
Now he resides with Coi friend’s galore from silver perch and goldfish and more bigger and fatter than before .
Thanks to the team at Bobs advice given received brainstorming over my misadventures from staff particularly the boys who shared my travesty’s of injustice with a laugh 😆

Absolutely love the new location. The new store is really well set out with everything at your finger tips. Very knowledgeable staff on everything fish related.
