This is about my 4th or 5th visit from Watts Next, since Mitch helped my elderly mum back in 2021, and the service and professionalism is still first class. Josh and Paddy were professional and skilled, and did a great job changing over some lights, and installing some new ones. And so CLEAN 🤣, they know their way around a vacuum….not a speck of anything left behind. It’s a good feeling when you’ve found your go-to tradie and no longer have to try out different ones, until you find what you want. I’ve had different guys come each visit, but they all have the same work attitude and professionalism……obviously something that’s part of the Watt’s Next ethos. 🌟

Watts Next installed 3 ceiling fans at our place. They carried out the work in an extremely professional manner. The installation team were very efficient carrying out the work in a way that minimised disruption. They were very courteous and made sure that they consulted us as necessary. Due to the access difficulties in our ceiling space it was necessary to cut additional holes in the ceiling all of these were satisfactorily repaired by a contractor employed by Watts Next. The whole experience was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending Watts Next for your electrical work.

I had a broken thermostat on my hot water heater. They were quick to respond, quick to identify the problem and quick to fix it. The guy that came out was knowledgable and polite. I thought the costs were reasonable. I always wait a while to observe the results before reviewing. The job was done August 22 2023. This review was submitted October 11 2023.

We had a great experience from the moment Lauren called me to get the quote booked in to the final installation of 7 internal lights and 1 outdoor light. Both electricians we dealt with were on time, professional and considerate to be clean and tidy. Also, job was completed in less time than expected which is always a bonus!
