I have had to lay both my parents to rest in the last 15 months, and they have made it a very easy process.
Jackie and her crew were very sensitive to our needs and guided us through this time flawlessly.

From the time we met Jake to arrange our dear Mum's life celebration, we knew it would be perfect. A huge thankyou must go to Jake for his professionalism, kindness, understanding and genuinely making this a special, memorable send-off for our Mum. He listened, cared and offered great suggestions and support to all. Then, on the day, Jake and Sharon - the absolutely amazing celebrant - put it all together so beautifully, including lighting sparklers outside for Mum. Jake and Sharon were very much a part of the whole celebration and we sincerely thank them for that. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Jake. Thanks Sharon.

The sudden passing of my 66 year old wife was quite a devastating time for me and my family but Jake, Sharon and the team at Simplicity were able to ease the pain and help us through it. They are professional, kind and understanding. They took care of everything and I was able to to have a live stream of the service shown to relatives who were not able to attend interstate and overseas. Thank you so much.

Sharon (celebrant) was remarkable. Her caring nature, sympathy and understanding leading up to and during the ceremony made our grieving a little easier. She made us feel like we were the only thing that mattered to her at that time.

My family and I wanted to share just how wonderful our experience was with Carol at simplicity at Salisbury. In such a surreal time of numbness and pain of losing my beautiful father, Carol was a breath of fresh air that made everything simple for us. She made us feel valued and how my father looked in the day was wonderful.Carol turned what was a devastating experience in to one that I will now cherish. I never thought I would want to view my father out of the worry of it not looking like him and that would be my lasting memory however Carol made sure we got to say goodbye exactly how my father wanted it and I am so glad I did as he has never looked more beautiful and rested. I highly recommend anyone in these very saddening situations to go and see Carol at the Salisbury location. She is phenomenal and we appreciate all her hard work.

Carol, Jackie and our celebrant Sharon provided two beautiful ceremonies for both my parents funerals this year. After both ceremonies I have received many compliments from attendees with how well and beautiful they both were which could not have been done without these ladies.
We moved my Mum's funeral from a rural town (not Simplicity) to the Simplicity Salisbury Chapel as the initial funeral home made excuses to hold her funeral. Without a blink of an eye, Carol was able to provide what we were wanting and more.

In such a difficult time I would love to thank Jackie and Carol at simplicity funerals Salisbury. They went above and beyond in helping me through this devastating time and helped me to achieve exactly what I wanted and needed for my dads funeral. I could not have done it with out them and I will never forget there kind, compassionate and professional manner. Even to every little detail they managed to get everything that I invisioned for my dad's funeral. They made something that was so sad and unbearable beautiful and bearable. Carol and Jackie make you feel comfortable, truly care about you and your grief. They are problem solvers and proactive which in my case eased my stress and anxiety when arranging the send off for my son. Nothing was too much and they always gave me all the time I needed to make decisions.
Also , the CELEBRANT Sharon Muscat was the most delightful, warm and caring person and I walked away completely trusting she would honour my son.

Simplicity funerals Salisbury (Jackie, Carol and Sharon) helped me through what was the hardest time of my life and my families life. These wonderful ladies helped me organise my younger Brothers Funeral.
These ladies helped me with compassion, empathy, warmth, feeling and never once pushed me towards anything I didnt want for the funeral or my family. They also were happy to see me everytime I needed to bring something else Id have forgotten to bring to the funeral home for my brothers service and didnt make me feel burdened but happy to see me each time.
The funeral and service from beginning to the end was meticulated perfectly, every request big and small WAS catered to and included and made possible. Also learned new things along the way aswell. For what was the hardest time in my life Jackie was there every step of the way aswell as being up and beyond more then she had to. No words can express the grattitude my family and I have towards her so thankyou aswell for everything.
