Kingswood Garden Chinese Restaurant

Had a great meal here on a busy Sunday night. Apparently takeaways are more popular than dine in but we enjoyed our dining in as we were with family who had been before. The restaurant runs on a short staff but they are so lovely and friendly that we didn’t mind relaxing while we wait. They are very particular on quality and freshness. They use a quality supplier and are on top of changing oil frequently. Their spring rolls are one of the best I’ve tasted and no doubt it’s because they care about their customers experience. It’s a little out of my usual area but I would definitely visit again.

This place has the best service, so friendly and the best tasting food I have had. Definitely try the king prawn cutlet and calamari. Also had the salt&pepper tofu wow all so delicious. I highly recommend you give this place a go.

Food very fresh and tasty. Julie, owner very helpful with GF choices and also very friendly. One of the best Chinese meals we've had. Certainly be back. They do a roaring take away trade. We had restaurant to ourselves as we dined in. Highly recommend.

Finally found a decent Chinese restaurant in Engadine, food was very fresh and the beef was soft and not fatty, spring rolls are home made absolute quality all round .

I took my daughter and there my parents there on the 8th March for my 34th birthday dinner . Never been to this Chinese restaurant before as we live in St Georges Basin my daughter lives in engadine .
Now getting to the service and food
I highly recommend this restaurant food is delishious, decent size meals at good prices we ordered the following.
Entrees.
1) steamed dim sims ...
2) deep fried silver fish in spicy salt
3) special chicken in spicy salt (it was that good I ordered one for takeaway)
Mains.
1) King prawn omelette
2) steam duck oyster sauce
3) combination chow mein
4) sizzeling Mongolian lamb
5) small boiled rice
6) large special fried rice .
If I could make a suggestion the only thing that would of made the meal alot better is if they had a dipping sauce for the deep fried silver fish in spicy salt other that no complaints. Food was amazing and even know my oldies and I live 2hrs we will be going back its worth the drive ...

I have been ordering takeaway from here for 15+ years. Food is plentiful, good quality, reasonably priced and worthy of the drive here. It is without doubt the best Chinese restaurant in Engadine.
