Darcy St Project Cafe

Not an easy to find cafe and the noise from surrounding construction site starts from 7am. However the coffee was good, the server was lovely and thoughtful. Mix of indoor and outdoor areas. A handful of parking spaces available.

Stopped in for a coffee. Really peaceful garden surroundings despite being adjacent to a construction site. Coffee was Pablo and Rustys. Really well made, smooth, perfect temperature. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. Didn’t have anything to eat but looked like a good menu and also had a few pastries available. Would come back again if in the area.

Rad is super friendly, and they have paradox poker face espresso blend now! Which is great!

Amazing hidden gem! One of the best breakfast places in Macquarie park. If you are in the neighborhood please do yourself a favor!

We ordered two burgers - brekkie burger and caesar burger. The only negative feedback would be the amount of lettuce and the price. Th sides are extremely expensive. Caesar needed more lettuce and more ranch sauce. Other than that, will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Tops to the barista who even made my coffee properly! I normally ask for warm but it’s always too hot.

Fantastic food and excellent coffee. Super friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful with a playground to keep the kids occupied. Located within the Sales and Display Centre; don’t be afraid to walk past reception desk. Highly recommend

Ordered BBQ delivery, and the Darcy St Project staff provided truly amazing service! They informed me early on that 1 of my ordered items was not available, but replaced with several additional meats and even threw in complimentary desserts. This far exceeded my expectations for any restaurant in Sydney. The BBQ and smoked meats were delicious, and particularly enjoyed the chilli brisket beans, which was chock full of tender meaty pieces.

This would definitely be my best food delivery experience in this lockdown. I am definitely looking forward to visiting their cafe for coffee and brunch soon!

Parking is limited as it shares it with the new apartment showroom beside it. Coffee was good. Tried the BBQ with low expectations and it was surprisingly really good.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price. Service was quick and food came quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The veggie breakfast bowl is really good, and the mushroom toastie is my go-to when we visit. Would love a few more vegetarian options on the menu, but those that are available are great.
This place has a great vibe and the location is surprisingly quiet, despite being located between two busy roads. The outdoor area is really lovely, and is arranged so the play area is within view of the cafe without being too crowded.
Each time we've been, the staff have been very friendly and helpful with the menu, and they make great coffee!

Really love the food, friendly service and what this cafe is doing as a social enterprise! Love their smoked meats and well worth the price for the amount of effort and love that goes into it! Their coffee is excellent also and adore their crockery. Portion sizes are generous and the cafe clean and family friendly.

Couldn't rate this cafe more highly! I've dined in, ordered takeaway and also received delivery. Every single time, the food has been incredibly tasty (great flavours, perfect eggs, excellent brisket - everything you could want!), all the staff are super friendly and an absolute delight to speak with AND the cafe itself has a lovely atmosphere. If you're in the area, definitely recommend checking it out! :)

Fantastic local cafe, with brilliant service. I placed an order which they were partially unable to fill, so they provided a perfect substitution with a bonus treat and wrote a lovely message informing me, rather than just cancelling my order. That was such a nice gesture and it really made my day - thank you Darcy St team!

This place is fantastic! Easily accessible. Tasty tasty chips and FLAVOUR CITY on a plate! Great value and delicious coffee. Pocket of delight.

The initiative of Darcy St and the community feel is something incredible to behold. Staff are wonderful. And if you get a chance to meet John (founder) - you'll understand why people keep coming back.

Super family friendly with an awesome new play area.

A chance discovery that I'm very happy about. A quaint café with nature around. The staff was very cordial, we ordered the spicy chicken burger with a side of fries, and a smoke salmon poke bowl. The poke bowl was very refreshing and seasoned beautifully, and the burger was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had.

Lost (in a good way) in a middle of a cute park, the outdoor dining experience was really nice. It’s surprisingly quiet despite being not so far from Macquarie Centre. And let’s not forget that it supports the community 👍

Amazing food, the flavours for breakfast were beautifully balanced. Coffees were fantastic as well, with a playground to keep the kids occupied while enjoying your coffee. Great service too. Parking is a little tricky but can be managed in the side streets and a short walk. Will be back for sure!
