Always great service, lovely selection of styles and brands. I have been to Evans in Echuca, Albury and Wagga and always helpful. First online purchase this week, communication was great, parcel arrived with extra touches inside which was a surprise and a bonus. Can fault them.

I was served by Kim today and I have to say her service was excellent. She gave me ideas and suggestions and was just a happy person who really seemed to love her job. I love my Wagga store and the huge range they have. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⭐

Good if Evans can also offer a "free" return postage handling as shoes can be tricky - the same brand of different styles and their sizes can vary.

Place to go for the best shoes

Quick to sell, slow to service. Lack of support in warranty claim and pushed towards manufacturer on Birkenstock fault. Poor service and won't be using again.
