The other day I went to this bubble tea shop and the young woman serving my sister and i (her name was Sue). She answered my question about a specific milk tea non-judgementally and when I ordered my drink she went out of her way to actually customise it according to what I wanted.

I don't really drink milk tea with pearls that often. When this branch hasn't even opened at westfield, I was already intrigued just by looking at the logo design. It wasn't the tea that had me dying to try it out, it was simply the brand logo.

I went on Monday 15th June and today, Saturday 20th June. Ordered the fresh milk creme brulee with deerioca on monday, and the dalgona coffee series with deerioca today. Both are great.

What I love about both drinks is the size of the pearls, it's perfect, it's doesn't have the gritty after taste and it's not too big. The sweetness level for both are just right, not overly sweet. Wait time was around five minutes on the respective days, at around 5.45pm.

To a lot of people, the price point for a large size milk tea at 8.90 a serve was probably expensive. But I'm quite the picky eater/ drinker, who prefer quality over price, so it's just right. I highly recommend this place, it's awesome!

Got the royal no.9 w crystal pearls. The tea had a nice flavour to it. Checked the internet and turns out it was roasted with blueberries. Staff was very nice.

High quality tea here, probably one of if not the best in Chatswood. Even stuff like matcha is much better than other tea cafes. Customer service has also improved a lot recently, great!

Great variety. Loved the matcha yoghurt drink with purple rice.

Bankstown tastes better but this is good too

3.6 - It's ok, I guess. I got the Earl Grey Milk Tea with Pearls. The flavour wasn't strong enough for me to like it much. Very average flavour, but the milk was quite smooth, and Pearls were nice. I stood there for ages before the lady even asked me what I wanted - not the greatest service.

I alway get the #4 matcha brown sugar with pearls. Consistent in taste for every time I am here.

If only the price is not as high, I’ll come more often.

Staff gave explanation about tea options, but however the regular sized tea was a bit too small for its price...

Has vast collection of bits'n'pieces.

This place is one of best chinese milk tea stores in sydney. The taste of milk tea is absolutely amazing, and also quality of tapioca is beautiful, quite warm and soft texture to your tongue.

But only problem is, waiting...waiting... waiting time. It is quite slower to receive your ordered ones, compared to other stores as shared tea or gongcha.

If you are in hurry on your business, I don't recommend here for you.

Tea was good. They adjust sugar & ice level.
But it's really expensive. Paid almost $9 for just bubble tea.

Average bubble tea, not as good as the one in town hall.
