Commonwealth Bank Manuka Branch

Went there yesterday cash a check, the lady who assisted us was very friendly and witty. I just hope she gets paid enough to have that energy, humour and not to mention the knowledge of her work. I will definitely remember her jokes for a very long time.

I came here to inquire about one of their services (foreign money exchange) and the teller was extremelly helpful and friendly, I think her name was Rena.

Good service and friendly staff. General bank comment. WHY ARNT THEY OPEN ON WEEKENDS AND WHY DO THEY CLOSE SO EARLY ON WEEKDAYS. It sucks. A lot.

Staff do their best but there are so few of them on deck. One hour wait to ask a basic question. The bank's systems are just so slow! There seem to be some other more senior staff at the back and in the offices but they certainly aren't helping customers.

Thought we'd go into the bank at Manuka to do our banking to move a large sum of money but never going to this branch again. Not only did the male teller give us the wrong information, he was rude. Called the bank afterwards and left a message for the manager to call and discuss, no one called me.

This is my local Commbank branch and every engagement I’ve ever had with them has been a negative experience. Staff aren’t friendly and make you feel like an imposition.

Understaffed. Queues and wait always long. No energy to effectively help customers in a timely manner. Shame for those who have to attend in person

Edit - Closed for an hour for lunch. Seriously?

Waited 30 mins on telephone on hold to be told I had to come in store. Waited 40 mins in line at this branch to be told they couldn’t do the business transaction I needed. This bank is going downhill.

Bank holiday for NSW (7th of august) and the Manuka branch is closed in ACT?

Very bad experience with this place.
One of the lady staff name ( Animika) if i am not wrong was very rude. She was literally shouting at me as if I am there to rob the bank. Other staff was Ok. I was not expecting this kind of behaviour from the bank staff.

Lady at the bank ask to wait for 20 mins. After that she said to come bank some other day for simple work. Such a unprofessional and lazy people gets job in a bank who just diverting people to come bank other time. Bank only opens during business hours and people won't have time to come again n again. totally waste service and useless people work here
