Under an emergency situation, me and my family had to rush to Bangalore, last week. The flight tickets had been booked immediately for the next day morning. But, by the time the visa application was lodged for my daughter, it was too late and there was no sufficient time to process an e-visa application in its normal processing time of 24 hrs. By understanding the situation, the VFS employees in Canberra, especially one Mr.Krishna was so co-operative and acted proactively to process the application quickly.

Visited VFS office Canberra after many years.
I was trying to book appointment for multiple applications but somehow not able to book. Just book one appointment for multiple applications. Staff has accepted all the applications. Staff is very Polite & customer service is Excellent.

Foramba Gohil helped me with my passport application. She was very respectful, patient and supportive throughout the process. It was a pleasant experience.

Really grateful for the kind assistance provided throughout the process of having my son's damaged (stain) passport reissued. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and Kin provided excellent service.

Visited VFS office Canberra after 2009 Staff is very Polite & customer service is Excellent.
Helped with applying PCC.Trying online booking for many times as no dates were available went straight to office & assisted by with extremely polite staff.

I've availed a number of VFS services over the years and always had a positive experience. Staff are friendly as they possibly can be and my documents have always been processed on time.

Your services are exceptional. Best experience ever, I was based in Brisbane with very inferior services from vis but since I have moved to Canberra. I have always use services of VFS in Canberra. The staff is not only friendly and way way better than Brisbane staff.

For the first time I'm impressed with the VFS service. They are pushing themselves to give you good customer service. I think the OCI process it self is frustrating. My special thanks to Dushyanthi(sorry if i have spelled it wrong) who went beyond her limit and helped me on 12/09. The guy and the lady sitting next to Dhanvi were also good. I visited VFS Global Services in Canberra for my daughter's OCI card, and I had a very pleasant experience in having the application lodged. I got an appointment with Pramitha and she helped me in all regards, verified all required documentation, clarified our questions and assisted through out the process of application lodgement. I had issues with my application, it was returned back to me wrongly and I was very frustrated. Out of frustration, I had sent a message to VFS on their FB page and the message was very indecent and abusive. However, this not stop VFS to pass the message to concerned person. The next day, in morning hours I received a call from Kaushal, he was very patient with me and allowed me to explain my concern, also assisted me where he could. I give 5 stars to VFS for not ignoring my complain and also Kaushal for his professionalism and attitude towards his clients.

Wonderful service is what I get whenever I have visited VFS in Canberra. Today was was my third visit in the last two years and Dushyanthi has been extremely helpful. She is very courteous, professional and processes the enquiry/request in a breeze. Today I went for a passport renewal and was in and out in five mins. Thanks again Dushyanthi and VFS, you guys rock!
