Jennifer, David and the team are truly the most professional laundry employees I’ve ever encountered. After years of using other dry cleaners, there has always been countless issues and that just isn’t the case with this team!

I would recommend this laundrette to anyone and am confident it is the best in Canberra!

I’ve been using the service for a few years now and absolutely can’t fault them. They look after my clothing with such care and are always more efficient than I expect them to be. I’ve had puffer jackets, suits, duvets and bed linens cleaned by them and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

The team who work there are also super friendly and easy to talk to.

Drop off your laundry and they will wash, dry and iron it for you. Take those ripped pieces of clothing there and they will get it repaired for you.

This Laundromat has been there for many years, is a family owned business and is filled with wonderful and friendly Staff.
They are open 7 days a week and will happy to serve you.
The doors are open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday and Sunday from 9am-12.30pm .

Pop in, drop your stuff off and have a coffee at one of the cafes.
Come back and pick up your washing and as they like to say "Your wash will be Fresh as a Daisy ".

Excellent services with friendly, helpful staff. A reliable laundry with the option to do your own laundry on the premises. Dry cleaning and wash and iron services are offered.

I had a pleasant experience here, needing to find a location in Canberra that could provide a wash, dry, and fold service.

Employees were friendly, my clothes came out cleaner than I’ve been able to get them in a long while (a few grease stains that just wouldn’t come out on my own) and they did this all on same day turnaround.

They will be my first choice for future laundry needs in Canberra.

I went to Ainslie Laundrette with a deep green slip dress from Dion lee that had previously been dry cleaned elsewhere, but the stains all down the front and back had not been successfully removed. They were red wine stains from last October and I was beyond devastated that my dress might not be able to be repaired.
The service was great and I was told they would do the best they could to get the stains out and they did! The dress looks brand new and I am so happy and over the moon.
Highly recommend.

Great place to get down coats cleaned! Staff were excellent, very helpful and capable. They gave good advice on how best to clean my coats (and gave me extra dryer time, gratis!). My coats are clean, fluffy and warm again. I don't often need laundromats but recommend this one and will be back next time I need my down items cleaned.

Wonderful service, excellent customer service and a great price. I found this service when I was waiting for my personal washing machine to be fixed. The washing was piling up - This service was a welcome relief.

This is rather long, but I want to tell it as it was. I live on the south side of Canberra, but I had seen the Ainslie Landrette advertised on the back of Canberra buses, and it looked appealing, so I decided to try it. I was not disappointed. On arrival all staff were busy - ironing, stuffing machines with washing and items to dry and folding. The place is bright and clean. The young lady who received my order carefully explained the procedure for the particular items I had brought along for cleaning. The down doona could be washed and the sectioned off woolen doona would be dry cleaned. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and informative. I duly left the items in their care for cleaning. On collecting the items I was again greeted by friendly staff, all busy, but nevertheless coming straight over to assist. The items were well wrapped, beautifully clean and smelling fresh. The young lady, who addressed me by name, was very friendly and polite, and this level of service reminded me of days gone by, when I was growing up in England and my family used the local laundrette. I would highly recommended the Ainslie Laundrette and will definitely be returning there in the future. Thank you everyone who attended to us and processed our items!

I am on a two week business trip to Canberra and needed to have my laundry done. The hotels charge ridiculous prices for laundry, and since I didn't want to pay it, I searched for a laundry service. That's when I found Ainslie Laundrette. This is THE place to take your dirty laundry. Literally 1/5 the price of hotels and it's super clean and fresh as a daisy. Highly recommend!

Grace saved the day!!! I was desperately searching for a coin-op laundry mat in Canberra open past 5pm. Not only did I use the facilities but I also met a wonderfully helpful person. The place smelled so fresh and the retro yellow decor was fun!

The Ainslie Laundrette is a business I've often walked past but not used, until today.

I needed a doona washed quickly after my baby had an unfortunate accident on it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Now worries at all they said and had the doona cleaned and ready to take home in half a day. Reasonably priced too :)

Wow just collected 7 doonas - 6 king size, 1xsingle - after wash/clean by Ainslie Laundrette staff. The doonas look fantastic - so fresh after the professional service provided. Exceptional experience from first contact to completed job thank you ladies for such a positive encounter at a reasonable price. I am so pleased to have found this service.

Our washing machine died and we had a mountain of laundry, this place was great! Such a friendly and helpful staff member, and so good that we were able to leave the machine running safely because it was attended.

Incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to take care of me! If you are in the Canberra area and need a laundry service, you would be remise to not use them!

Took my white linen jacket to a local drycleaner and it came back with all the stains still there. Drove across Canberra to Ainslie and they got all the stains out. I won't go anywhere else now.
