Nice enough spot. The attendant was very cheery and helpful when I had trouble with the keypad. Spaces seem big enough and very close for access to the river. Easy to book online with no hassles.

Booked a car park the day before never having been. The staff were helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Straight forward and simple once I figured out the system.

The parking was good, the website needs work. You need to set up an account with your credit card details and then book a space. Yes, the opposite to every other website. Otherwise, fine.

This carpark is elusively big for where it is located, however the entrance way can be a bit difficult to find, hence 4 stars not 5. Staff have always been helpful and friendly, the location is great for access to a good part of Brisbane and the prices, unlike many other car parks in the area, are actually reasonable - I'd still recommend booking online however, saving some time and $$$$$.

Confusing, the parking spots are double depth , it’s not clear you are to park a car in & leave your keys - - unless you come across an attendant- - it’s just all a bit weird, do you not have enough spaces just to park my car like a normal car park ?? Anyway- - -

It is very easy to get lost in when trying to find your car. I had to leave my keys with the attendant, who said to get back before 6pm. Arrived back at quarter to six and the attendant had already placed a sign on my car saying to call the after hours number and I would incur $125 fee. He ended up giving me my keys, as he was still there.
I will continue to use Wilson's parking when I attend Eagle Street Pier, as you don't need to leave your keys.

Secured parking, just expect to pay. I paid $51 for just over an hour of parking during the day.
