My engagement ring came from Arnold and Co, and then we bought our wedding bands there too. Mine are simple but lovely; exactly right for me. Good service, good price, and we got them in time for the wedding (always a bonus! 😂)

We had the most wonderful experience with the Arnold and Co. team.

Previous to popping into Arnold and Co. I had a lot of trouble finding an engagement ring that I liked and I was constantly pressured to purchase a ring that wasn’t quite right.

While running errands, my partner had dragged me into Arnold and Co. as we were passing by. Due to my previous experience, I was at first very dismissive of the staff helping me (‘oh no it’s okay’ ‘I’m very picky’ ‘I’ll know when I see it’ etc) until they mentioned they had an engagement kit where I could pick and choose the band style and stone cut / size. Within 40 minutes of mixing and matching bands/stones with this kit (and receiving advise from Olga), we had ordered my engagement ring in the style, colour, cut, and size that I wanted.

The ring arrived shortly after ordering, and when we decided a wedding date, we popped back in to order our wedding rings (my partner ordered his wedding ring custom as well).

Needless to say, we were super stoked with how our rings turned out, and are chuffed to find a jeweller which provides exceptionally friendly knowledgeable service whom want the most suitable products for their clients.

The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable, we ended up both getting custom rings made and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality was unmatched. Olga is very knowledgeable and she provides excellent customer service. She doesn’t try to upsize you diamond 💎 studs that are too big for your ear lobes but rather she will remember you when you come in and find something thats just right and with a price point that suits your budget.

Took some of my most loved pieces into Arnold and Co to be repaired, and the lovely ladies fixed my precious jewellery so well! And quickly too!! Very reliable.

Olga you rock ! My fiancé bought my ring (absolutely beautiful) and we had to resize but on a very limited time frame as I was on a short visit. Olga came through; found my perfect size and made it happen. I get to go back home with my perfectly fitted ring and I’m very happy.
