Every single detail was meticulously planned that i never had to worry about a thing. All of the staff there are lovely, from front of house, to hygiene practitioners, assistants and everything in between. I will never forget Sally going above and beyond in her care of my treatment plan, telling me at one stage "i need to fix this, it's not in your plan but i'm doing it and you will benefit in the long term" What a wonderful, family owned practice. What a life changing experience I've had because of everyone here at excellence in dentistry. I am so happy with the team of experts in there own fields no wonder they have the best ratings in Brisbane. I'm able to smile with confidence and eat normally again just to put thing simply just amazing.
If you think you're not able to be helped much like I did on my first visit you'll be in for a shock with the staff experience and qualifications to back them up.

I recently visited Excellence in Dentistry for amalgam filling removal, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They attended to my safety first. They followed strict protocols, from ventilation and protective gear. I felt safe and well-informed throughout. I also had a splint made. It is well made and comfortable.
I can’t speak highly of the team., They are incredibly friendly, professional and most of all accommodating.

Could not have asked for a better experience! From the first consult to the end result everyone is professional, kind, and exceptional at what they do. I had a deadline for my wedding at the end of this month and Dr Sally, Dr Marc, and the amazing team pulled it off! I had extensive work done and the end result is beyond anything I could have hoped for. As someone who's had awful dental experiences, anxiety and adhd I never ever felt uncomfortable or that I couldn't ask for accommodations to help.

I changed to this dentist six months ago after years at my previous one. I am so impressed with the excellent experience I am having. The dentists have been caring and thorough, and the receptionists are extremely friendly, accomodating and professional. They have really made an extra effort that you don’t see much anywhere nowadays.

I recommend Excellence in Dentistry to absolutely anyone who will listen. I feel so unbelievably cared for by the team, the service is impeccable and I don’t feel like I am getting oversold procedures or services that I don’t really need. Wonderful customer service at Excellence in Dentistry! Lisa took a lot of care, explaining everything she was doing, which made it a very comfortable visit. Baz, the practice manager, was so nice and helpful. A great practice.

I went and had my treatment by Dr Sally and they were nothing but exceptional. I had a fear of dentist due to previous experiences and Dr Sally and her team were nothing but attentive and caring throughout my entire 18 month journey. I had extensive work done to fix a number of issues and I am beyond ecstatic with the results.

Sally walked me through the processes from start to finish and was able to educate me on the risks and outcomes. She was clear from the start and listened to my concerns and what I was seeking as an end result.

I would strongly recommend this practice if you need any work done as they really do care and listen to their patients.

Does the Tooth Fairy exist? Sadly no. Does a terrific dentist in the heart of Brisbane City exist?! Fortunately the answer to this question is, yes. Dr Sally and her team have been taking great care of me since I started with a simple checkup and now trust them through my Invisalign treatments and regular cleans. The front desk staff are always up for a chat and more than happy to help me adjust appointments… even if I get stuck in work meetings at the last minute and have to reschedule (soz). The hygienists are nothing less than professional and always leave me filled with confidence after a nice fresh clean. Couldn’t recommend this place more, you will not be disappointed!

Have just finished up my Invisalign with Sally from Excellence in Dentistry and could not be happier with the results and also my experience every time I come into the practice.

Excellent service, doctor Sally is amazing, responsive, and knowledgeable doctor. She is very calm, never rush aiming for a good outcome. Dr Sally is the first doctor whom I trust my teeth without any doubt. She is very honest, and spends time to explain why. I had many questions about my orthodontic treatment and Dr Sally gave answers to all of them. Done few treatments with her:crown, tooth extraction and tooth feeling and orthodontic (Invisalign) happy as much as I can be with the results. Dr Sally is AWESOME, and her work is of the highest quality! I have been to many dentists before and I have never met anyone so nice, caring, and of course, knowledgeable. She takes his professionalism seriously and provides her patients with best recommendations. She has been working on my problematic teeth for the last 4 months and I am so thankful to her.
