From the outset when AJ answered my phone query, through to follow-on service from him & Natasha, I was impressed with their, & other staff level of knowledge & competence. All a pleasant experience, with the benefit of their thorough knowledge of products & willingness to be helpful. We have been customers in the past & wouldn't entertain the idea of shopping elsewhere. We find the prices very good, with generous benefits for seniors. Mustn't forget the delivery men yesterday, who were a pleasure to deal with. Love the new CROWN bed base & upholstery, perfectly made, as was our earlier 4-drawer base.

I am very happy with the service and range at this shop, and have bought here many times. Kisane is a lovely and knowledgeable salesperson. You will leave this shop knowing you have the right bed!

I am a student who contacted forty winks for a mattress that is affordable but also good for my sleep. I’ve just moved out of home so definitely needed some assistance! Natasha from Fyshwick Forty Winks was absolutely incredible and contacted me multiple times over the past few days to ensure my order was correct and could be delivered as soon as possible. Just want say how impressed I was with the service from Forty Winks from choosing our bed to arranging delivery and then receiving and set up of the bed - all done within 48 hours! The Forty Winks service was flawless. Sarah was delightful, the delivery guys were on time, friendly and courteous. We visited all of the bedroom furniture showrooms in Fyshwick, needing a bed asap. Forty Winks was head and shoulders above the rest in every way. The sales team were friendly and knowledgeable, providing clean pillows cases for us to use when trying out beds. The range was great so we had lots to choose from and they carry stock for immediate delivery. So happy with our new, awesome adjustable bed. Thank you!

It was time to get a new mattress and we're so happy with our assistance from Sandra at Forty Winks. Sandra was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She made us feel really comfortable when making our decision. Specially when being a big investment for young people like us. My partner and I had been to pretty much every mattress shop in Canberra and had a range of different experiences with extremely opinionated and pushy sales staff from every other store. So when we walked into Forty Winks we were taken back by the gentle and kind approach of the wonderful Heidi. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and happily answered our many questions, she had the patience of a saint and not once tried to force her opinion onto us or pressure us. She gave us the honest pros and cons, explained to us the realistic expectations and options. She listened to all our concerns and needs and addressed all of them in a professional manner. She was simply incredible and after dealing with so many other sales staff from other stores, her approach and sales technic really stood out. She gave us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase and we honestly couldn't praise her name higher.

Forty Winks Fyshwick provide excellent customer service that went above and beyond. I have a severe spinal condition and Stephen took the time to ensure I found a bed that would be suitable for my needs. Normally it feels all people care about I'd making a sale but not Stephen, he knew I needed the "right" bed and cared enough to help me find this. And Sarah I appreciate the time you took to get it out to me on Friday when I was in tears. I highly recommend Forty Winks if you want the the right bed that your going to spend nearly half your life in.

Had a great experience at this store, we went last weekend a bit close to closing time but the staff still served us and helped us with our questions. There were details they could not give at the time because it was late and they offered to email us the quote when they found out. We received a quote very promptly the next morning via email. Made a quick phone call to confirm the details and the order was processed after our deposit. They have been very understanding with our situation as we are building and don't have a confirmed move in. They will store our order until we are ready and loaning us a bed base until our bed frame arrives!

One step beyond. They have a set up to keep the kids busy while Mum and Dad shop. The chance to test different pillows and the bed finder system is awesome! The service was really good, they worked with us as we were juggling our little one and the advice was on point. We came out of there with smiles and feeling a little refreshed after such a nice customer service experience.

Second time have bought an ensemble from Forty Winks. The service was great, both from staff and managers. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't believe how really brilliant the delivery guys are. Nothing was too much trouble, they are very courteous and polite and did their best to help us. There were small problems with installing our bedhead but they worked through them. Mant thanks to all concerned. Will certainly recommend Forty Winks to anyone.

Store manager Cameron was extreemly helpful in resolving a suppliers error which resulted in me receiving the wrong bed. Very professional and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to have the matter resolved as quick as possible. Really appreciate it!

We went in to purchase a Queen mattress with very little idea of what we needed or wanted. The Bed Match system narrowed down our choices which was a great start and then Tim was amazingly helpful and spent a lot of time explaining the differences between mattresses. We were there during a sale so got a great price for the mattress and because we also bought a pillow and delivery Tim did us a great deal. The showroom has lot of options from a variety of brands and we never felt rushed, we actually got to lay on the mattresses with pillows for a while and see what suited us.
