I received excellent Customer Service at Swarovski, Canberra Centre today. I received a warm welcome from a young lady on entering the store and excellent personal service from Staff member Orion who assisted me with product advice, selection and with my purchase. I had a truly wonderful shopping experience.

Our experience at the Swarovski shop in the Canberra Centre was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ashley. We visited during the Black Friday sales to purchase eight pens as Christmas gifts for our dance students.

Despite the bustling atmosphere due to the busy sales, Ashley went above and beyond to assist us. She patiently guided us through various pen styles. Unfortunately, the store didn't have sufficient stock, but Ashley seamlessly transitioned our purchase to the online platform and assisted us with the order.

What truly set Ashley apart was her dedication to customer service. Recognizing us when we returned a week later to pick up our order, she warmly greeted us and even inquired about our dance teaching. Ashley's attention to detail and genuine interest in our experience made us feel valued as customers.

Ashley went the extra mile by offering to gift-wrap them. The result was absolutely beautiful, adding an extra touch of elegance to our Christmas gifts.

Ashley's exceptional service, patience, and warm demeanor made our shopping experience at Swarovski unforgettable. I received amazing help from the young boy in the black blazer today who showed me a variety of men’s bracelets that would suit me. He gave me some well received advice and was very polite. Amazing customer service! 10/10

I’ve been shopping at this Swarovski ever since I moved to Canberra. The whole team is charismatic, and passionate about their work. Jules in particular is always so bright, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience. Her product knowledge and passion shows every time I come into the store, even if I don’t go in wanting to buy something. She always make me feel so welcome and more than just a customer. With staff like Jules it’s always a pleasure to come back.

Good variety of crystal jewellery and other crystal pieces to suit most tastes and budgets. Exchange of item or full refund within 30 days is a bonus, especially if buying as a gift. Helpful friendly staff.

Staff Anna was very helpful, she helped me out of the way to get my watch sorted.. really appreciate it.. Anna listened to the issue and made appropriate suggestions to get it sorted quickly..

Went this store last Sunday for a particular crystal gift, a young lady served us and thanks to her patience and kindly recommendation, hope to see Mandy next time.

Swarovski is a very popular brand and the stores are in convenient locations and staff are hardworking and quite polite. The lighting is very good in my opinion and there is much neatness for the many display items present. I love the format of the store and believe that there is a huge potential to the business.

If your looking for some bling and something g out of the box and a bit different this is the place to have a look always bringing in new designs and style that always brings you in for a look.

Went this store yesterday and looked for a particular colour crystal pendant to match with my dress. Two ladies, Yevanne and Soo helped me to find a necklace exactly what I wished to purchase. Excellent service and will visit again. Thank you lovely ladies!!!
