We have been very pleased with the quality of the kitchen and other joinery done for our renovated kitchen-dining-living-entry. Everything is very high quality production and fitting. The design team was also extremely professional, thorough and accommodating of queries and last minute changes.

What every one needs..

About kitchens does great work, we've had their stuff now for 6 years and it's never really skipped a beat. The only gripe I have is from time to time I have stopped by there to order more handles (for additional joinery jobs) and the reception does a very poor job of getting back to me or passing my message onto someone who can.

Can't fault the installation but the after sales service is appalling. I've followed up at least 6 times over months (including going to the Fyshwick office), the last time being on 19Jun (Mark) and 31 May regarding misaligned cupboard doors and lifting benchtop grout. No idea what it will take to get someone's attention but my patience is exhausted.

BEWARE! Quality of workmanship is terrible. Just moved into a brand new apartment and the cupboard is already falling off the wall. Found dents on other cupboards too. Customer service is rude and appalling that they would talk to you like they are doing you a massive favour by coming in to fix their stuff ups. Would not recommend by far!!
