Mantra Crown Towers Surfers Paradise

This place is truly incredible! It is so far the best accommodation I’ve seen in the Gold Coast. The lobby is extremely clean and looks stunning and the details are incredible. The rooms are amazing and the pool area is the best part! Almost like a mini sand beach with a cave and heaps of space to lay in the sun. There are also spa and barbecue areas. The view of the buildings around the complex look incredible when taking a swim, especially at night. The children’s area has a waterslide and looks super fun for the kiddos. There is also a cafe and a Thai restaurant next to the pool area. Would recommend this to everyone!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Crown Towers. From check in to check out everything was great. Thank you to the friendly staff who went above and beyond with recommendations and help with keys. The 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in was fully furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable 5 night stay. It was fresh and clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much I won't stay anywhere else in Surfers now. It's located centrally, but not right in the main town centre so you don't feel like you are within the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to everything or public transport. Thank you Mantra Crown Towers see you in June!

My family and I just spent 9 great days at the mantra, it’s our second time coming from Adelaide in 5 yrs and didn’t disappoint. The pools r fantastic, everything is walking distance to the beach and cavil avenue. The only thing was the lobby looked empty maybe they can open a bar there to give it some atmosphere.

I am happy to say that this resort is truly worth staying at. My family and I go to the Mantra Crown Towers Resort every now and then, and it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The service, the location, the rooms are amazing! I love that the foyer is big and spacious which makes it easy to check in and check out of the building.

The food at the kiosk and at the Chiangmai Thai is quality food and has effort put in it to make it better. This resort doesn’t disappoint, and is top tier.

Ultimately, I would definitely recommend this resort with its one-of-a-kind beach view. I love that everyday I can go walk on the beach because it is so close to Cavill Avenue and the other shops that are worth checking-out.

We had apartment 711, 2 bedrooms, beautifully renovated and refurbished, very clean and tidy and well equipped, whoever the owner 🤜 to you. Beds were comfortable. I would suggest other owners look at this apartment for tips, as my daughter had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 24th floor that was very dated not as well equipped the beds sagged in the middle, just pretty sad really in comparison. The pool, play area, gym, very nice and the place was really quiet. Within walking distance to central surfers and the tram is less than 100 metres away.

Booked with air bnb, we got the 11th floor, woowwww what a beautiful view.
We loved this unit it’s perfect for a 6 people family, very spacious and clean. Easy to access everything. Lots and lots of entertainment for the kids to keep them busy for hours on end.
The owner of the unit is really just amazing honestly couldn’t ask for someone better to deal with.
The pooooolllll omggggg wow love the pool especially the kids, it’s just perfect.
Not one thing to complain about everything was just perfect here.
We love it can’t wait to book again for next year.

Just got back from a 3 night stay here. Was very impressed with our 2 bedroom Seaview room. Pool was awesome with sand beach. Kids loved the pirate ship slide. Pool kiosk very handy. When we encountered flight delays and other issues the staff were very helpful and offered lots of solutions. Would definitely stay again. Location was amazing too

Amazing experience! We've stayed in the past, but this time as a young family. The rooms were very comfortable! The three pools were a highlight for the kids. The games room on level 2 was a fun rainy day activity. So close to tram line and bus stops too, so travel was very easy and didnt give us a headache. Very close to other attractions in Surfers too, Quacker Duck, Aqua Duck, Infinity, Ripley's. Back to the hotel though, Mantra Crown Towers is definitely well worth the stay! Staff were kind and super helpful too. And dont forget to check out the pool side cafe too!

Our family stayed here for few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our apartment was very clean. Kitchen looked to be newly updated, bathroom still dated but room was presented very nicely. The pool was amazing. By far best one of the best hotel swimming pools. Kids loved the pirate ship pool and nice and warm too! Staff were very friendly.

Great location

We just stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 days. The apartment was very quiet and spacious with a large North east facing balcony with great view of the ocean and city. Apartments have great separation and spacing from each other .Very easy secure parking underneath makes it straight forward and easy. Staff very helpful and attentive.
Highlight bonus is the fantastic Thai restaurant on the ground floor which has exceptional food.

Absolutely fabulous we were in apartment 2203. The apartment was spotless, comfy beds was literally home away from home. Had our 2 grandsons with us, they loved the pools and the pirate ship slippery slide. Bonus was we could enjoy a delicious hot drink whilst watching them from the Cafe downstairs..also had a couple of breakfasts and they were great too. All in all the hotel was just perfect. Thank you so much.

Beautiful rooms and two restaurants to eat if you don’t feel like going out or cooking with reasonable prices. The pools are fun and guaranteed to entertain your kids for hours on hours, there is a free gym and two jacuzzi/hot tubs. From your rooms you are sure to get beautiful views and such good photo opportunities along with a wide view of the beach and city. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a room to relax in and activities for kids.

Apartment was beautiful, very clean.
Staff were very friendly & helpful including the cleaning lady nothing was a bother.
The pool area is a 10/10 for family's my granddaughter just loved it, my only problem is we had to leave for home but as we had a late flight we were still able to use the pool.
Overall we had a fantastic time, everything is so close & the Tram out front is very handy, hopefully we can get back next year.

Currently staying here having our first holiday after covid pandemic. I really don't want to leave, rooms are spacious and fully equipped. We have a 2 bedroom apartment which is bigger than a lot of houses. Shame restaurant and bar isn't open any more. Chang mi Thai restaurant is just by the pool, that's in another review. Excellent, go there. I haven't tried any other hotels at Surfer's, but I suppose why would I if this one is what a spoil yourself holiday is all about. Staff at reception are helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic, walking, 4mins to beach, 8mins to Coles, 11mins to Cavill ave, 1min to tram. Pool/lagoon is very resorty, nice, there's a indoor heated pool, spa and full gym. We have stayed here for on four occasions and we'll be back for many more. 1 week doesn't cut it 12-14 days would of been better.
