Impressed with the catering boxes I ordered for a work event. I ordered online a few days prior and received a phone call to confirm my order and to discuss the seed/nut free options. Everything was delivered on time and was so fresh. They took care packing everything so it looked lovely and appetising and everyone commented how nice the food was. Will order again.

The Manager/Owner was very kind and provided me with exceptional customer service. Due to some miscomnunication during ordering process i was given different food than what was ordered. I just distraught as that was food for all the kids coming to the party.

He quickly prepared a tray of sandwiches and didn't charge me. While he could have said "sorry you ordered this food, we can't do anything". He found a solution and earned a loyal customer, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

I belong customer there for long time and they’re Lovely staff and Friendly the manager was so nice and all the staff work so hard. The coffee and food is so good. I love to go there. It’s my favourite place.

I ordered chicken corn soup and mushroom soup. Both soups were very delicious and healthy. I highly recommend this place especially for soup.

Conveniently located near the Level 1 Food Court and in between Woolies and Coles. The staff are friendly and make great coffees. Great variety of food to select from - however, I am not a big fan of the bacon and egg variety (the egg doesn't look and taste natural) and I'm sad to see the soup menu being dropped after winter (I understand why).

Still a great place to grab and bite and coffee and makes for a great meeting point for friends and family. Highly recommended.

Great variety and selection of salads, also was nice of the girl working there to offer me samples to try first. Great coffee also. Salad was great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the salads at this place! Didn't know about this chain until it opened it Blacktown and now i'm obsessed! It's so nice to know there's a healthy, tasty but guilt free takeaway option in the midst of the other fast food options and moreover, I crave it often. Maybe too often.

Soul Origin consistently makes great coffee. The staff are friendly and that always remember my order. The loyalty card makes it worthwhile, as you get a free coffee (any size) after every 5 coffees.

Saved our event. Had a caterer cancel last minute and they provided great wrap box and baggetts. Friendly staff.

When approaching the brisk granite counter a charming young damsel greeted me with an authentic yet firm "Hi what could I get for you today?" which was a breath of fresh from your tradition boring and sluggish introductions. At this point, I was very much adoring such quality of this cozy kiosk. I was utterly delighted from the vast selection of wraps, bread types, salads as well as kinds of pasta, I was overwhelmed in fact and stuttered my first words to the young girl, I took an extensive overview of the products before purchasing my morning tea, I asked the cashier if they by any chance had my favourite type of bread, that being the fantastically delicious and moist Banana bread, of which she happily confirmed my anticipations and gave me fairly cut portion of Banana bread, The characteristics of this banana bread is quite exquisite its perfectly balanced flavour is off the charts with the ratio of sweet and savoury as well as the ratio form banana to bread, the bead surprisingly very moist though didn't crumble away like most cheap banana breads, overall a very pretty store and would recommend the banana bread.

Customer service is amazing here, they are so friendly, they make nice tasting sandwiches, salads and coffees, compared to other soul origin franchises this is the best ive been to.

we used to be regular customers of this place before I moved away. Excellent service with nice options, mostly little range of salads rather than the other S/O's in Sydney, but still ok.
