Anik is very helpful and friendly while providing hi-quality professional service. Great model as banking service provider.

Easy to find. Doesn't have its own carpark and to park close by you will have to pay for parking.

This service is very friendly but the problem is they don’t even know what exact their promotion is and that waste some of my time.

The early morning wasn’t too busy so was able to talk with one of the two staff quickly. She was helpful.

Waited twenty minutes on the phone to be told that “You were unavailable when we answered your call” and sent to the back of the queue. Do better.

One: The App is in the Stone Age and St George so far behind their competitions it’s pitiful.
Two:The Civic is now people’s by rude people that are Asian and do not like born Australians like us. The have no idea of customer service preferring to standover customers than the wise customer is always right ethic.
I’m on the hunt for new bank as these don’t have a clue. Constant rudeness from imports stealing our jobs.
Three: Which does the St George site not have a box to put your post code into because their webpage is as bad as the app and can’t pick up GPS from a 2000 buck iPhone!
No pleasant service. No English speakers. Constant rudeness. Pitiful software. They don’t get anything right.
I’m finished with them because they will go broke soon; their standards are lower than snakes knacker’s.

Wasted 1 hour of my time waiting to be served, nobody was quite helpful or trying to get help for me quickly. I had to leave because I didn’t have the extra hour in my day to wait any longer. Makes me question my trust to continue banking with them.

Not this branch in particular but the bank in general. After 20 years of being a customer I'm out. Service declined. No response to requests. It's costing me time and money. App is limited. Off to commbank.

40 minute wait. 3rd in line. Slowest branch. Make sure you allocate extra time.

really bad experience, asked them send some documents to st George settlement team, something wrong with delivery. tried to contact them. The number was contact center number.

Worst branch ever, staff are rude, slow and not helpful.
