Was in to get my scans 5 minutes before my appointment (never before in the medical world), staff were friendly and professional.

Karen is the best, she is very patient,nice and wonderful person. I hope everyone is like her in terms of accommodating patients. I’ve been calling every imaging company to help me book an appointment but no one is like karen that is really willing to help and assist. Thankyou again karen. ❤

The worst experience we ever had. My wife made an appointment for MRI and they booked it. When we went for appointment they said we need to go to Belconnen for getting rebate otherwise we need to pay full amount. My wife took day off from work and went there on a cab for this appointment. The receptionist admitted it was there mistake but was reluctant to conduct MRI

Hopeless two times this week ive tried to call them and nobody picks up there phone! does anyone actually work here.

I was referred for ultrasound. This was performed, but in the report their radiologost's report said: " the area was "shaded", so we were unable to report". I had to go elsewhere to do it properly. I did the same scans before and after, but never had such a fiasco! Why did they bother? Because they want the money. Shop around before you deal with this medical imaging company.

What appalling service. The angry little man on Reception alternated between being rude on the phone to patients and complaining to his workmate that customers/patients were blaming him for things not his fault. I arrived ten minutes early but there had been a mix up in my referral being sent directly to their office. I called and arranged for my referral to be faxed five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Then I sat and waited for 30 or more minutes. Eventually I went back to the angry little man to ask if the fax had arrived and he said it had not and it was too late now for me to have my MRI. I could see the paper on the fax machine and asked if that was it. He got it and said it was still too late. I took the referral and showed him the time printed in the top where it had arrived literally 14 minutes earlier. He responded that was not correct, not his problem and that the writing of my doctor was not clear enough anyway and repeated I could not have my MRI done. All this was done with the worst kind of attitude. He was really spoiling for an argument. I literally just took my referral and had to leave having wasted 45 mins of my life. Terrible service.

My daughter has recently used this business for ultrasounds during her pregnancy. The service has to date been both chaotic and unprofessional. Their mistakes have left her stressed and out of pocket. No empathy whatsoever. Avoid.
