Took my elderly father there as his eye sight as deteriorating. Wait times between appointments are super long. 9 months even if the doctor recommend 6 months. Reception staff has no concern or training on how to deal with medical appointments. I repeatedly told her we had to reschedule and after close to 9 months of waiting she said the next available appointment is another 9 months. Shame on you for treating your clients like that.

I have written a complaint to ACT health and they have followed up on the practices of this clinic. Not acceptable.
