We had ten blinds installed by U Blinds and all were fantastic. The measurements were done by Cynthia. She had great customer service and the measurements were on point, fitting each window so well.
We were also very impressed with the professionalism of Siva, our blind installer. He was efficient, friendly, respectful and so accomodating as we did have a few things for him to manoeuvre around when installing. He was also very particular in minimising dust and removing all packaging from the premises.
The price of the blinds was also extremely reasonable and competitive, compared to quotes we got from other companies

I ordered aluminium Shutters and it was not quite what I thought it would be. These guys came and re did it all at their own cost. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend U Blinds to anyone. I had a quote and accepted the quote before I read any reviews here. I was very worried about what to expect however aside from a long wait of about 8 weeks (all companies quoted long wait times) i couldnt be happier with the end result. Price was $1000 less than anywhere else and the overall experience with U Blinds has been great! Installation was completed with no hiccups! So I'm guessing the people who have a good experience don't leave reviews and the bad experiences all leave reviews. Would recommend!

Just had my shutters fitted this week. Ordered back in May so yes they take a while to come but so worth it! i had text messages to let me know when they were ready, then a phone call to book in the installation. Luke came on the day, on time and did a fantastic job. A lovely polite man who did a fantastic job. It was all done in such a short space of time and the result is amazing. Such good quality shutters that have totally transformed my house and at a fantastic price. Thank you so much for the great service and awesome product. I was very happy with the customer service and price provided to me by the sales Manager Jim, upon attending my home recently for an outside plantation shutter for my front porch.

We ordered shutters for our first home and have fallen in love with them. Dave made the ordering process so easy as he was very professional and knowledgeable. Install was quick and clean. Was not disappointed in any aspect of quote and final completion. Not the cheapest but far better quality of product competitors showed. Would use again and have recommended to friends and family who followed up with orders.
