My friend and i came in with no idea about any of the hair products. Treasure stayed with us and was so so helpful. As annoying as we were she was so patient and went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. The stores prices are extremely reasonable and provide amazing quality products. Additionally, we found some products that we had been looking for that are sold out online. The service, products and quality are all a 10/10.

This stores sells good quality products and wig that appears like your natural hair and give the feel of it as well. They also gives advice on how to handle and give you the option of washing and heating just like your natural hair. Which helps the wigs last years to come. I am really happy with the customer service and they excellent product the sells. A legitimate business

I went there to buy a wig for a close member of my family and I was very well surprised by Stephanie, the girl in the shop. She was really very helpful and patient during our visit. With her professional and simply human approach to all our wishes she helped us to make a real choice. I am highly recommending this particular shop and especially Stephanie if you need to get what you need. Also, the prices are much much lower then the prices at other "professional" shops in the City. Exactly the same wig which cost $860 at Nature's Hair and Beauty in the City the are selling from $2000 to $3000.

Ignore all the negative reviews obviously some competitors not something.

Been twice and felt really welcomed by the employees both times. They're really helpful! I don't know about these negative reviews. Yes they're more expensive than online but in a pinch, their pricing is still very competitive. You pay for the convenience of being able to walk in and get some help.

As a salon owner myself I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nature’s hair Newtown. I had crochet braids done by Stephanie. Her professional manner was exceptional and her skill level is incredible. I will be back to have box braids done in the near future.

Best products and service! Ben was an angel today, customer service 10/10, he’s very accommodating & kind. The manager in charge was attentive and kind, would definitely be coming back, this is definitely the best branch!

The girl who helped us was awesome! My partner and I left with two great quality synthetic wigs and had a great night out wearing them.
