Naomi's prompt and responsive approach to addressing any concerns or issues we've had has been remarkable. She goes above and beyond to ensure the property is well-maintained and our comfort is prioritized. Her proactive nature, combined with her friendly demeanor, has fostered a positive tenant-manager relationship.

We have an apartment in surfers paradise which is lease out by Accor-reality we are very please in the way they look after our property professionally and caring in all aspects our Property is looked after by Jenny Hofmann our customer client manager who i cant recommended highly enough always there for us.

We purchased our unit 3 months and pleased with our decision. We love staying here but also wanted an investment so placing it in the letting pool has been the perfect solution for us. From the first inspection to now, everyone we have come into contact with has been amazing and helpful. It's great dealing with a professional team that are passionate about ensuring our guests have the best experience possible. Whenever we have stayed, our unit has been spotless, maintenance attended to quickly and rental returns have been paid promptly.

This is a shout out to Belinda a property manager for the Accor Realty team. From the onset of submitting our application Belinda has been competent, efficient, friendly and very prompt with answers to any question. We have only been in our apartment for 3 months and after having our first routine inspection a number of items were addressed for repair and Belinda has been very prompt in actioning each item and obtaining the landlords approval. I wish all property managers had the duty of care for their landlords and their tenants like Belinda. Accor Realty are very lucky to have her in the team...well done!

Kristina is the most professional property manager I've ever met. She's so proactive and responsive, trying to provide me as much information as possible to assist with my application. She's also done a great job in finalizing my entry arrangement.

This review is for Mel in the Accor Realty team. Mel handled our application for a tenancy at Palm Avenue with complete professionalism. No question was too problematic and she responded to calls and emails quickly and with the best attitude.. We're moving interstate and we've been so happy so far! They really look after their clients and their properties. All requests and questions are addressed in the shortest possible time and with the greatest of care.

Previous contracts was great but it all went downhill with the Acquistion by Accor group. Rental returns are poor; they do not meet contractual timelines are require regular follow ups. only winner is Mantra. Lease via private agents as the ROI will be much greater.

Do not ever rent through Accor Realty, Neveen is the most unprofessional and rudest property manager I have ever encountered. In my time renting through them there were 3 different agents all in under a year. They ignore emails, calls and treat their tenants like trash. I rented in brisbane and they don’t even have a office there !! Took months to get things fixed and even longer to ever get a response from them. Moving out from there was a nightmare aswell. Worst experience ever do not rent through these people.

I wouldn't recommend using Accor for holiday letting. The fees charged are excessive for the revenue charged and cleaning of the apartments is not at an acceptable standard. It takes weeks/months to get information or things done. This is my opinion as an owner and a person that regularly stayed at Breakfree Peninsula Apartments. The reception staff there currently have absolutely no idea what is going on as they change staff regularly.

Total disappointment 3 realestate agents in 6 months duration . Every time I call new property manager looking after my unit at chevron renaissance. Damage done by tenant or whoever no one claims responsible. Wear and tear on 2 years old furniture. Damage repaired by tenant unprofessionals leaving streak marks and indentation in the wall. Not tenant responsibility. Do yourself a big favour and never use them. I am going to rta.
