I will recommend McGrath to everybody for either selling or leasing their properties. I appointed them as the agent of leasing a couple years ago. They have been very responsible in the leasing period. I decided to appoint them to sell my property a couple of months ago as I believed they would be doing as well as leasing my property. I was right. My property sold successfully. I was so happy with them. Awesome team.

We had to sell my mothers home under difficult circumstances and Joel and his approach took a lot of stress out of the situation. He is prompt, communicates clearly and did exactly what he said he would do. His team are very efficient and I make no hesitation in recommending Joel. He is a credit to the McGrath brand.

Another move through McGrath to a new rental. What a fantastic experience as being tenants of a house being sold by McGrath into another property being rented through McGrath.

While the house we were living in was being sold both our tenancy manager and Joel the real estate agent selling it were so respectful and supportive of us as tenants. Joel was outstanding in explaining the process to us and was very considerate of making times for open homes etc that suited everyone, including us as tenants.

Transitioning into our new rental managed through McGrath was made so easy with the support of Emily Ford. This is the third house we've moved into as tenants through McGrath and both Emily and Carol have been outstanding in their care and support of us as tenants, both of them have set the bar at a level that is second to none and would be impossible to beat. McGrath is so lucky to have them on their team, their service to both the agency and the people using it is impeccable, they're both worth their weight in gold.

She made it really easy to communicate with her, any questions I had was answered perfectly with such great patience and communication skills.
