The lookout Cambewarra Mountain

Beautiful lookout point overlooking the Shoalhaven region. ESP the river joining into the sea. Can also see Jervis bay area. Has a cute cafe on top too but was closed by the time we had arrived.

The ascent and turn off from the main road to the mountain lookout is a bit tricky as the road is narrow and steep with only 1 vehicle able to pass comfortably. So invariably the other will need to hug the edges of the road.

I recently visited this hidden gem that left me in awe - it's the perfect weekend escape! The breathtaking view from this place is simply unparalleled. Surrounded by nature's beauty, the landscape felt like a painting come to life. The peaceful atmosphere was incredibly soothing, allowing me to unwind and recharge. If you're seeking a beautiful place to escape the hustle and bustle, look no further. It's a must-visit spot for anyone craving tranquility and natural serenity.

The drive there is fun (if you love winding hilly roads like us), the view is the definition of panoramic, the local birds are colourful. Had scones (great) and a mocha coffee (good). There was plenty of parking. Only 6 of us there on a Friday so not crowded. Definitely worth a visit if you are anywhere near here.

A hidden place on the way to Kangaroo Valley. The coffee place owners are so kind and kid friendly. They offer halal chicken menu too. Very quiet during the weekdays. We didn’t wanna leave to be honest 🙌🏻

Amazing experience having breakfast with the birds on top of the mountain whilst enjoying the most spectacular views. Highly recommend the french toast. The staff were exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

We went right before the rain so we got to actually see the rain from the clouds which was beautiful. Great place for a picnic, highly recommend

Definitely worth our drive from Gerringong! The views are serene and absolutely breathtaking. Brekki was delicious and coffee is good. What topped off our amazing visit was to see our wombat friends nibbling around the garden, Yay! A MUST VISIT PLACE if you are in the nearby area. Oh yeah, it even opens on a Monday which is hard to find for many nearby places!

Magnificent view, nice atmosphere with beautiful scenery. Good coffee and drinks options . Milkshake was huge . It’s an awesome lookout and you can enjoy afternoon tea or coffee or lunch here. Love this place 🥰

Yes a very impressive location & venue. The lady who served us was very attentive in terms of her customer service. The views there speak for themselves of course. Any visitor to the area should put it on their list, have a coffee, tea, fresh scone or whatever. Highly recommended

Fantastic view of the coast. We went for a casual drive to kangaroo valley and visited this place to view the sunset. Actually the sunset is opposite to the viewpoint through the woods. You can see the sun setting between the beautiful mountains. It was a surprise for us to see the viewpoint in one direction and the sunset in other direction. Must visit place if you are going to kangaroo valley or passing through this place.

I recently visited the Cambewarra Lookout and Tearoom, and it was amazing. From the moment you turn in to the driveway leading up to the tearoom and lookout, I knew the views were going to be something special. While the road may be narrow, the shirt drive up is part of the adventure, and I would recommend driving slowly.

Upon reaching the lookout, I was immediately hit by the breathtaking panoramic views. The view over the Shoalhaven region was simply amazing, with its rolling hills, meandering rivers, and lush green landscapes stretching as far as the eye could see. The sight of Seven Mile Beach in the distance added an extra touch of coastal charm, while the town of Berry nestled amidst the countryside provided a nice contrast.

Stunning views all the way down to the sea. Nowra and Jervis Bay can be seen, and plenty of fab birdlife at the lookout. Great spot for a cup of tea!

Gorgeous views, short 3-4mins walk from parking. There’s a cafe here that you can dine in while overlooking a beautiful town or takeout and sit on the grass.
