So impressed with outstanding customer service
I made the mistake of buying my chicken three days prior to cooking and serving it. When I contacted the Top Ryde store (upstairs, as there's one downstairs as well), Julie was more than helpful and agreed to promptly swap my old (smelly) chicken for a new serve. This kind of service will ensure I continue to buy my chicken products there as they have a good range as well.

Very delicious chicken restaurant located on the L1 level of top Ryde shopping Centre. My favored items are the spicy Portuguese chicken ($12 for whole chicken!) and the curry beef with potato. Only drawback is that its very hard to park your car unless you live in the building apartment.

Love this chicken shop. I always come here for the hot food around 'special' time. The Asian food and chicken is amazing, and the ladies serving are quick and efficient.

The pre-cooked chicken here is very good for it's price, they also give extra so it is defiantly worth it. It is not the best chicken however it is very good for it's price

Best chicken shop at Top Ryde City shopping Centre, good customer service and high quality hot food.

Wing dings were really great! Reasonably priced snack while wanting to take a break in a busy shopping centre. Cans of drink not badly priced either.

Their products are well prepared, lean and clean. There are two shops of the same owner. I recommend you shopping at JC on Coles Supermarket floor of the shopping centre to avoid the long queue.

Very good service. The chicken is halal and of good quality

2.7 - Was looking for an Asian butcher because of the cuts of meat and general better value. This place is ok. It has free range pork, and I noticed, a cooked chicken counter on the side. The staff should up their smiley friendly game.

Food is pretty good but the service is appalling. You stand there waiting while they are talking amongst themselves and they don't even acknowledge you and when someone else turns up to be served you are still left waiting. If you cannot attend to someone for whatever reason at least say 'I will be with you soon'. Its just common courtesy.

Hot food wise it’s ok. Nothing stands out

I have had good and bad experiences.
The good: some of the cooked and fried section is great, chips are awesome, noodles nice, fried chicken great.

The bad: I’ve had bad service where I found the staff rude when trying to buy meats from the butchery section (surprisingly the cooked section has always been much nicer) and the last time I went and bought dinner from the cooked section, I ended up with bad food poisoning for days. After talking to a few friends it seems having an upset stomach after eating here is kind of common.

As much as I did enjoy the wing dings and chips and the chicken noodles, I don’t plan to go back after my food poisoning experience.

Horrible service, won’t returning.
I used to love this chicken shop for their pork mince, but after my last visit, I'll never go back. The skinny lady with glasses who works there is incredibly rude. She kept accusing customers of things they didn't do and even used bad words. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful she was.

It's such a shame because the food is decent, but I can't support a business where I'm treated like garbage. If you value customer service, stay far away from this place. I won't be recommending it to anyone, and I definitely won't be returning.

This is a loser shop that ought to be closed down by top Ryde. Sellling unclean chicken, leaving all the intestines in their carcass. Real losers.

CAN NOT GO BACK ANYMORE. Did not expect every time can be so rude. Now I check others review, realize it's not just me. So disappointed at the same time because the meat quality is good, though it is much more expensive than other meat shop. To the owner, unless that is your son who works there, otherwise for the sake of your business, please replace him with a better sales person.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Had the rudest experience. A lady and two boys ignored us for 5 minutes despite us waving for attention and there were no other customers. Then when one of the boys finally responded to us, he refused to serve us when we requested 200g of meat. Maybe it was too little for him?

I’m a local and at this shopping centre all the time. Definitely would not come back.
