BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise

Loved it here. We were on the third floor, and it was perfect for my family with 3 kids. The apartment was updated, which was fantastic, but the wifi was a pain to use. We used our hot spot for kids tablets, less headaches. A fair few renovations were going on around the hotel, but it didn't affect us at all. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The clean 8 days on wasn't really a clean. We were instructed to have personal belongings off the floor for sweep and tidy, but i didn't see anything like that. With 3 kids, it would've been a waste. So, it's not a big deal. We did get fresh linen, so that was nice, and I appreciate that

Everything within walking distance, what more could you want. Great spot. I can't wait to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise for three nights and had an incredible experience. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, with stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were excellent, providing the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. I also took advantage of the spa facilities, which were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated.

I would like to give a special shout-out to the staff member, Paris, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Paris helped me change rooms so that I could have an absolute sea view, which truly made my stay memorable. The level of customer service I received from Paris and the rest of the staff was exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality.

Overall, I highly recommend BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The combination of the stunning views, excellent facilities, and outstanding customer service makes it a top choice for accommodation in the area.

Not 5* accommodation but exactly what I was after. We stayed from 18th-24th Feb & it was amazing.
5min walk into the heart of Surfers.
0min to beach. Apartment is directly beachfront.
We were on the 27th floor with FABOULOS ocean views & river views. Our balcony stretched across the whole apartment.
The apartment was super spacious, very, very clean. I loved it & will stay again on my next visit. Location AAA+. Apartment AAA+. Pool was a good size & space.

Fabulous location, beach across the road and a 5 minute walk into Cavill ave. Apartment was a bit older but didn’t detract from anything. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The only blip was the weekend lady in the counter seemed very fed up and grumpy and after travelling 14 hours her mood and sacrcasm wasn’t appreciated.
Apart from that we loved everything about this place. Easy access, parking, lovely pools, spa and sauna.

The spacious beach front apt is our favorite, less than 10min walk to all amenities. We intend to return here to escape winter every year and hope to be able to secure one for a few weeks.

A great apartment right on the beach. The apartment was huge - two large bedrooms and two full size bathrooms, a separate laundry and separate entranceway with full size kitchen and large loungeroom with 270-degree views. We could see right down to New South Wales and across the hinterland from our Level 11 apartment as well as the beach reaching down to Cavill avenue which was only a few minutes walk either via the ocean boardwalk or the main road. The free parking was a bonus as we hired a car and parking was extremely secure. There were permanent residents in the building too which may explain the large apartment space, the indoor pool was great on a few of the windy days we had during our trip which kept our kids busy for hours. Apartment was clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen, staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We were on level 16 & enjoyed our stay greatly.
The oceanview is super with a very large balcony.
It’s the first time we have stayed here from high recommendation from my best friend ( Miss Xuan Trang Pham).
Although we didn’t know to ask for free wifi on the first night. We have good wifi & safe parking without surcharged.

The location is very convenient, everything is within reach. Behind the hotel is light rail, very close to Coles by walk.

The reception is very friendly & professional as our flight had been cancelled at the last minute but we have found a very good deal to stay one extra day at the lowest rate.

We will come back next holiday as we couldn’t find somewhere else better.

Had a fantastic weeks stay in a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 members of our family. Love that there was so much room with separate bathroom for adults. Pool and spa were a welcome bonus and having a full laundry was great! Only small complaint from hubby was the bed was a bit short but Overall clean, tidy, spacious, warm with brilliant location so close to tram, beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend to all and we would love to visit again.

These apartments are great if you are after value but don't want to sacrifice quality of living. It's a short walk away from the popular surfers paradise mall and is even closer to many great restaurants. The rooms are not necessarily modern but are specious and great for families. With a great view and the beach right across the road, your really not sacrificing much by coming here. Overall I would recommend these apartments for any holiday goer who is interested in the aforementioned things.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at Imperial Surf. Booked both times in Ocean View Deluxe rooms, but this time got an upgrade to sub penthouse...Wow! We loved it!! Both times the apartments were clean and modern. The views are amazing and right on the beach! Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Dianne at reception. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and public transport. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely be staying at Imperial for a third time. Highly recommended!! Great apartment.Great for families .. Comfy beds.... Loads of space ... We saw whales from the balcony.... There is building work going on next door they start early. Saturday included. But it does stop you from lolling in your bed and missing the great outdoors.... Would stop here again and would recommend to others...

We loved our stay at Imperial Surf - yes the sub penthouse we stayed was dated however it was very clean and super comfy and we actually really liked the homey feel of the apartment. The views were unparalleled and it was so brilliant only having 2 apartments to the floor on the higher levels - no noisy neighbours and incredible privacy. The outdoor pool was marvellous - thanks again for a wonderful and relaxing stay, across the road from undoubtably one of the best beaches in the world!

The pool area has recently been upgraded. While the rooms are a bit older, this also means there sizing is slightly more generous in today's market. grounds are extremely well looked after. Reception could go a face lift

Really nice spot. It is located just outside the CPD (Central Party District) and right on the beach, so it's the perfect spot for the best of both worlds. Reception is very friendly and the apartment was roomy and clean. Would stay here long term.

We had an amazing time here and the location is perfect, literally walk across the road straight onto the beach.
Shops and attractions are with in a 5-10 minute walk.
Facilities at breakfree imperial were fantastic.
2 heated pools, sauna, tennis court and now area. I will definitely stay here again.

My young adult family and i stayed here during May 2013. My understanding is that this is a long standing establishment and to be fair it helps to have this knowledge so you are aware of what you might encounter. These units are so spacious, offering all the comforts of home and much more. Yes, there are the signs of wear and tear...however this did not defer us from having a great holiday. We had superb views both day and night, our unit was clean, and all the staff we met were absolutely wonderful, so polite and helpful. The sauna, spa, steam room, pool and bbq areas were a real treat after long days out sight seeing! Close enough to stroll down to Cavill, yet far enough from the hustle, bustle and noises of early morning racket. We weren't ready to leave but we are recommending to our friends and family. We know this will be a favourite place for us to return too:). Thank you again to all the great staff!!!

You couldnt get closer to the beach, I'm told all the apartments are different and all independently owned so I can only speak for our experience, the apartment we stayed in was clean, modern, light 27 stories up and had excellent all day sun from rise to set - feeling lucky!! The staff were all friendly the outside pool was lovely and heated (we stayed in Winter) Loved it 💖

Amazing ocean view. Very close to the beach. Apparently are not new but everything was clean and all appliances were new. I would definitely recommend to my friends to stay in this building.

May not be brand new in side.. but spotless. Room's are set out perfect. The veiw is absolutley beautiful & staff very kind... easy going. And the balcony's wrap around whole unit.. on both sides, so you can see entire beach from bedroom.. lounge room, etc. 5 min walk too cavil ave mall
