I had approached MR. AV Audio Visual Solutions to get a quote to install projector with a screen replacing 75" LED TV in our home theatre room. Charlie answered the phone with a friendly smile and asked me to share the room dimensions. Based on that, he has drawn up the plan and suggested LED projector with 130" screen. His quote to the details with the installation parts was amazing. On the agreed day, he came with his colleague and installed and calibrated the projector to the screen and gave us a tutorial on using the projector with the amplifier. We noticed there were few crinkles on one side of the screen. Without any hesitation he came again and removed the screen and fixed with a great smile. Michael and Andrew installed two TV mounts last week. They were very professional and went above and beyond. One of the TVs was only delivered the day before and I hadn't had a chance to remove the large TV from packaging on my own which they were only too happy to help with as well as moving another TV elsewhere. My husband was ecstatic to find everything installed and hooked up in the 'ManCave' when he arrived home. They were also very helpful in suggesting other options but never pushy on the sale. They knew their stuff!!. Michael and Andrew, it was a pleasure dealing with you, especially with a little bub on hip!. Would highly recommend these guys for expertise and fantastic service (they even cleaned after). Charlie was fantastic to deal with booking the appointment. Everything done over the phone prior. I had a terrific experience with this company. Corey did an amazing job mounting my tv's. The craftsmanship was superb. Nothing was to too hard. All done with a friendly attitude. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ll would recommending these guys to friends and family without hesitation.

Really good service. Charlie took the call and was pleasant to speak to. Cory did the install and was professional, going through fitment options (marking the height for viewing, cabling etc). Though Cory was unable have the cables hidden in the wall due to design (there was no actual cavity) the work was still done very cleanly and spot on. Highly recommend.

From calling Charlie to organize the job to having the technician Cory complete the installation the services of the team at Mr AV were impeccable. The technicians were extremely friendly and totally professional. The price was very affordable for the services and expertise they offer. Very professional and works to a very high standard. Andrew and Corey came out to wall mount and install two televisions at our commercial office located in the CBD this month. Not only did they complete the work, but rectified other fixtures that were done poorly by previous contractors. We are extremely happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Mr AV. Top notch service and installation! Called on Thursday came out on Saturday. I had two tvs wall mounted one fixed one motion, all cables fully concealed within cavity of the walls with the only connections at the bottom. Professional work, friendly and easy to deal with. The price is reasonable for the quality of work done. Highly recommend Mr.Av

We had what we thought was a difficult install but Charlie took the time to understand our requirements and talk through his proposal. Nothing was too hard for Cory to install though it took time and perseverance.
I'm usually sceptical of businesses with perfect ratings but it's obvious that these guys enjoy what they do which translates to good results and happy customers.

I'm based Interstate and needed some work done at a site in Sydney. I didn't even need to be contacted on the day. All I got told was that the TV guy had been and everything was working perfectly. On inspection the boardroom looks fantastic with the 2 TVs mounted perfectly and at the correct heights relative to the room etc. Pricing was totally reasonable I have engaged AV Companies in the past for boardroom setups and they charge through the nose with call out fees and all kinds of things. Forget the big companies use Mr AV for your corporate/office needs as well.

Excellent, prompt, quality service. 85" TV mounted and media room speakers all connected, calibrated and working perfectly. Very happy with the quality of the work and the solution provided. Highly Recommend!

Very thorough.
Corey worked all day on the project which had quite a few complexities. Constantly sought clarification on all the requirements which i appreciated. The work was done very well and he even had time st the end to improve the TV setup so i learnt a few things about AV!
Would recommend to anyone.

Charlie and his crew came to my place to mount a TV on my wall and also installed cable covers to hide all the cables I had lying on the floor. The result? Immaculate! My place looks so much better!!! Thank you Charlie! Definitely recommend.
