Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Jason and Malaga Cycles.
I asked for some help to get me back on my bike after a crash and Jason came through for me. Gave good advice along with the service and assistance.

Would 100% recommend Jason & Team. Great communication, great, honest service and the bikes have never run so well.

Jason and his team went above and beyond when servicing my 3 titanium bikes, not only in the care and attention throughout the service, but they also gave generously of their time in chasing down parts, making recommendations and adjustments, and setting up the bikes to exact specifications. Their excellent customer service is clearly a result of the core values that underpin the business. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service (as usual). I took my front tubeless MTB wheel in and just said "it went flat in one day, after being pumped up the night before". Jason and the team never make me feel stupid or silly when I go in with small issues. Jason quick fixed it on the spot, checked my back wheel too and explained the why it happened. All for a great price too. I expected to have to leave it there and come back during the week, but was happy I didn't have to make an extra trip. They also have excellent records of your bike service history so you don't have to remember what was done when.

Jason and his team are just fantastic, helpful, not pushy, providing options to suit your level of riding. I’ve just upgraded from a Merida Scultura 400 to a Merida Scultura 6000 CF🚴 from Jason, initial technical issue with WI FI gears, Jason was tenacious to have the issue resolved. I must say the level of commitment from Jason to correct the problem that was not of Malaga Cycling making was outstanding . Don’t look any further for your cycling needs, Jason and his team are certainly customer focused.

Went in with my sons bike thinking i needed a brake cable. Jason was very helpful, he advised me on replacement parts, prices etc. Assisted me with questions for a bigger bike perhaps for my sons bday. Non pushy, very informative. Will definitely be back and purchase a new bike for my son and myself in the near future. Thoroughly recommend Malaga Cycles

Excellent experience at Malaga cycles. Very non judgemental when explaining pricing needs, which is a huge bonus in my book. Jason looked after me and the bike, important components had been lubricated and cleaned. Also helped install a tyre as a last minute request. Very happy and will be returning. Great customer service, and bike is running awesomely

I’d like to see a corporation treat you the way Jason does. By no means am I an avid rider, I use the bicycle to get from a2b, however, I appreciate that when I come to see Jason I’m not treated like the bike pleb that I am 😅

Rather interesting experience at this shop which has in turn earnt them my respect and business from here on in. I took my sons bmx in for a new chain. Was told the bearings in the crank were shot and needed a new set. I agreed and they went ahead with the work. Only to later realise that the shaft and bearings were completely gone in the rear wheel and I would need a new rear wheel. I was not happy with the fact they didn't not find this before spending money on the bearings for the crank and labour to install them. I probably wouldn't have got anything done on the bike if I knew it was going to be so much work as it was just a cheap 2nd hand bike to begin with. I brought this up with them and expected a negative response. The owner acknowledged their part in this mistake, apologised and agreed that if I did go ahead with the new wheel he would do all the labour for free and only charge me for parts. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how we deal with them afterwards is what makes the difference. These guys are honest and do good work. As I said they my business for as long as I have a bike

Jason's passion for all things bikes is amazing. He's built BMXs for the kids, refreshed my 20yo BMX and rebuilt my road bike - Always with a smile on his dial. Polar opposite to most other bike shops where the goal is selling off the shelf, Jason takes the time to understand your needs and design a solution. Highly recommend.

Jason was awesome. We had a small repair to do (we were riding through this area). Jason was flat out with other repairs but he squeezed us in and had us on the road again in 20mins. Then he refused to let us pay. What a legend. Please consider him if you need anything bikes.

Jason and his team always provide high end service. It's the reason I buy bike after bike here, and would never have it serviced elsewhere. This level of care you dont get at the big names thats for sure
