Officeworks Malaga

Yesterday, I experienced a great service customer from a staff, I remembered her name is Grace. She was ready to help, patient to call to other store for checking the product I need. And today I got that product.

I had good experience at the store. There was something wrong with my order after I had attended the store. I gave them a call to explain the situation. The manager stepped in and rectified at once. Very happy customer here, so thank you!!!

Came in with my mum to get some school supplies and was helped by one of the staff members ZaZa. She was able to point me in the directions of everything I needed and was able to give me an overall great experience when shopping at office works. She was very friendly and make my shop very efficient😁

Went to office works in Malaga at the counter service for Photos and was served by Kate. She was so helpful and had great customer service even while the line was starting to grow - great work to both the women at the photo service kiosk

Always excellent service. Helped putting together all of our family photos and printing. Never too busy to help us at the service desk thankfully.

COMPLEMENT AND COMPLAINT
Today Wednesday 26/07/23 I went in early to get some laminating done etc. I was served my Catherine, who has served me before. Once again a very big thank you to her, she is so helpful and patient with her customers and the waiting customers.
She is not my complaint, she called for assistance to help her deal with the line of customers building up. The guy (very tall) came over and asked one customer what she wanted, never helped her, came to me and I said "I am picking up photos Catherine has waiting for me", he replied okay and walked away, didn't even go behind the counter and get them, to serve me or help Catherine out. All he had to do was ask her they were there in the envelope. Why come over in the first place he did nothing to help the matter. He needs staff training and I hope he gets some and the rest of you look around and when you colleagues need help, ask what can I do to help you.
You would be lost without this worker, she is fantastic. Thank you Catherine. Gail Heller

I am very impressed with all the staff in this store, always quick to help and very knowledgeable about their products, I would like to give a shout out to a young man named Aaron who helped me today in selecting the right toner cartridge for my printer.
Outstanding customer service from this employee, carries himself professionally, very approachable and very well mannered, no hassles, a big thank you for looking out mate, and greatly appreciate your patience, and to Officeworks keep up the great job on the price match policy you have it's a great convenience and it's why I always come back and it's why you will always have my loyalty. Officeworks Malaga is my official go-to store now, very happy with this place.

Me and my wife went today to buy a new MacBook Pro. We paid with Visa prepaid gift card. However there was issue to process one of the gift cards. Nicole was very helpful and patient to stay with us there around 20 min to solve the issue.

Easy click and collect via website. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had to get image printed out to be placed on front of cake with some. other specific requirements. The Chloe at printing section was superb with customer service skills. She was very knowledgeable and did job according to my requirements smoothly in busy environment.

Service was absolutely brilliant this afternoon. A woman helped me look for suspension files and she went above and beyond. Super friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

Had a very pleasant shopping experience from entry to exit at Office Works Malaga. The Manager, aisle attendant and the young lady at the checkout were polite, friendly and helpful. As I was looking for an IPad, I was assisted by Corn who was excellent. He listened patiently, answered my numerous questions on each appliance demonstrated them and placed no pressure on me. finally guiding me to one that suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommend Corn for your technology needs.

Amazing service today. Got a faulty product and exchanged for another similar product. Staff looked like they were working hard and dealing with the large amount of customers well. Thanks Cornelius for helping me out. Went the extra mile with his service both times I was in the store today. I'll defs be returning to this location.

Michelle, from customer service was absolutely amazing. She went above amd beyond in helping my son and i find the perfect coomputer desk. She even went and unpacked the crate to look for the last one that was in stock. Absolutely a superstar Michelle is.
