I left with a new coffee machine at a price far lower than advertised and very happy with the service and product

Purchased a washing machine online yesterday afternoon. It was delivered and installed thismorning before 9am and old one and packaging removed. Fantastic service and great product and price. Delivery guys were outstanding. I would highly recommend you. You really are Good Guys.

I can't praise the after service enough. I had problems with a low priced TV that I bought from them 10 months ago and theTV was taken back in exchange for a better TV at a very low price and the original TV cost was credited. I'm so pleased with the new unit. The manager Nathan, Marco and all the front desk staff that I dealt with were extremely helpful and at no time made me feel as if it was an imposition. I will frequent this store in future.

I had to return a faulty product for work. Isabella was so helpful and efficient, and managed to get everything sorted out in a timely manner. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Duleep also assisted me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the team. They have a wonderful costumer service.

Our Dyson died very ungraciously with a big plume of vile smoke (after many years of unfaltering loyal service), and The Good Guys staff gave us excellent advice on a replacement vacuum cleaner that exceeded by far all my expectations, for a very good price for a top range quality product.

I have just purchased multiple items for our new build through Drew. There was a slight hiccup with the largest item which was the fridge. Praise to both Drew and the manager Jamie, the way the issue was handled was very impressive (if not a massive stroke of luck on their end) there was one that was ex display that they were happy to look after me with. Have been a loyal customer for many years and after this experience i still will be well done guys.

Good pre and post service. Had to return my new 70" TV for a swap out due to manufacturer fault. I had no problems at all. Every staff member from the sales team, to the stores was helpful and friendly.

I will definitely continue to support the Good Guys Malaga.

The knowledge of the item I was interested in was poor. After talking to Byran B he explained an I Pad was his personal preference which reassured me I was making the right decision. Thanks Bryan I'll be back and hope to see you again.. Steve

I was just assisted over the phone by a delightful lady who helped me sort out some issues with a scheduled delivery to our Medical Centre. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was the best customer service I have EVER received and I am thoroughly impressed. I hung up the phone with a smile on my face. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name, but I hope she sees this - thank you!

Big thanks to Seb for helping me out with a new TV. I went in there with no idea on the different types and specs and he helped me make a decision. It took 2 phone calls, and 2 store visits to make my decision and Seb was patient and happy to help. Also arranged for next day delivery on the weekend which made it very convenient.

We came in at opening to buy a freezer. Every person who worked there said hello and asked how we were as we walked in and out. It took us 10 minutes to get in, choose, order and pay! We are very happy with the experience had and even more happy with the friendly staff!

The customer is NOT always right! In my case, I purchased the wrong item for my house and when I went back Dino & Aimee were incredible in sorting the return, purchasing of the correct item and arranging the swapover. This was a big ticket purchase and you'd have thought I was returning an iron. That's how simple they made the process. I'm so grateful for the above & beyond service and advice. Thank you Aimee, Dino and all involved.

Over the years the Malaga store has consistently exceeded my expectations. In my experience, staff is knowledgeable, approachable and understands the product they're selling.

The atmosphere is pleasant, professional without blaring music, crazy gimmicks or other inducements. The store has good stocking levels at competitive prices.

The staff I've encountered in this store are not pushy, happy to answer questions and manage to achieve something that is rare in retail, the sense of connection.

I have two "The Good Guys" stores closer to where I live, but as out of the way that it is for me, this is the one I keep coming back to.

Highly recommended.
