First to try out their new avocado açai. Love it. Consistency is thick and super smooth. Reminds me of of one of my fave desserts the avocado shake but better

I’ve since updated my rating as the manager (who wasn’t on shift when this happened) came in and instantly followed up on the issue. Not only did she give us a refund for the burger, but she also had the kitchen make up a a new burger for us (the one we originally had ordered) and gave us some freshly baked cookies as an apology. She really turned this whole experience around.
The brisket burger was amazing.

We are a family of 5 we spent just on $150.00 for lunch not to bad for value however when the staff speak to you they are blunt and rude.
The waiter placed the burger and chips on the table I said excuse me but this is not what I ordered he replied well sorry and gestured with his hands then said enjoy.. I was wanting to flip the tray and walk out however I have more manners than that and need to set the right example for the kids. My wife decided to have a chat to the cashier and asked for the receipt to confirm what we were charged for and turned out they charged for the incorrect meal. Will definitely not be returning out of principle. To make a point I also left the food untouched very bad service all round.

This is my go to place for brunch. I enjoy coming here as the food is always really nice and fresh 😌 definitely recommend.

Our visit to Oliver Brown was awesome. From the delicious food and coffee to the exceptional service, it was a great experience. Notably, Anna's service was so outstanding that it even brought a blush to my young son’s face. Anna's welcoming demeanor made my kids eager to come back.

We visited for brunch and the food was amazing. Everything was a 10 from us, the big breakfast, falafel bowl, mango and passion fruit crush!!! All recommend!!! We especially LOVED the acai, the generosity of peanut butter and toppings was appreciated. We were served by Anna and she was amazing, checked up on us and attended to our wants and needs. Friendly staff and good music.

Great warm service from their friendly staff! Their new brunch menu is a must try! Food is flavourful and presented really nicely Nothing like it in the area.

Came here for the acai soft serve. The texture of the acai here is one of the smoothest!! The pistachio sauce was a delicious touch but I feel like it masked the acai flavour. Also tried the iced chai. Wasn’t the best but if you like spicy chai you will like it. Must try acai soft serve 🤩

Amazing food and acai. The best for a local coffee shop or just a place to come and eat. Very cozy and in Summer very cool to come and relax.

Usual stop whenever we go to Bankstown Central. Our favorite is the Fruity Waffle plate. If you are a sweet tooth you definitely won't regret ordering. Never been disappointed with their coffees or desserts

Has to be the best managed Oliver Brown around. They have invested time and money in coming up with the best food and dessert menu. Highly recommend you try this place and don't forget the dark hot chocolate.

Great service, quick and food is good quality.
Place is clean and kept tidy. Anna is an excellent host, she remembers us even we don’t come every day, she has a nice attitude and friendly manner always polite and with smile.

Drinks are always good, Althea has a good service and I am a regular in this place. I definitely recommend their coffee

We tried the new menu at Oliver Brown. We ordered one of each of the new bagels and wow , the flavours were amazing. The mixed seed salmon bagel was delicious !
The service was quick, and a special thank you to Anna for the top customer service. :)

The best Oliver brown around. The coffee, food, the service, the acai, you name it. Always consistent with the food and coffee but the service is better amd genuine everytime. Their acai is on another level. I have been coming here for years and saw its ups and downs. The new management is under an experienced young man in his 20's with his wife who took the responsibility and turned the shops progess 180° in a matter of months. They love what they do and they put in 100% effort daily. Its hard to find tables SOMETIMES but believe me its worth the wait. Give them a try and you will see for yourself.

I’ve been here many times for breakfast. Everything was amazing specially the big breakfast and açai. We come here once a week with my family and we all love it here. Everyone was nice and friendly especially Anna who welcomed us with a nice smile and always asked if we needed anything. She makes us want to always come back as she takes care of us very well.

Came here with my brother for breakfast. Had an amazing time all the food and service was amazing. Anna was perfect, she always helped us for everything. I’m a massive coffee fan and this coffee was quality. Big thanks to the chef too for the amazing food.
