Bunnings Kingsgrove

A big Shout out to LARRY of the Garden Hose section (aisle 64) who is courteous, professional, always helpful and serve you with a smile. I was at the Kingsgrove store looking for parts to set up a garden irrigation system, Larry has gone over and above to spend time with me to find the right products and I got everything I wanted and very appreciate of his advices, thanks to Larry.

I’m a regular shopper at Bunnings Kingsgrove but the service I received on Monday night was ultimately the BEST SERVICE I have received in any Bunnings.

Monique the wonderful staff member that helped me out, was happily doing stocktake when I went over and asked her to assistance. Without a doubt, she correctly marked where she was up to (me, previously working in retail, I know the stress and frustration of loosing where you are in a count) jumped up to help is a straight away.

She was full of product knowledge, gave us very helpful tips and provided great customer service. In the end, we ended up leaving with 2 products even though we had the intention of only getting 1 product to fix our garden when we first walked in.

Went to the garden section. If you need help or information- seek out the older lady as she is fabulous! A lot of knowledge about plants, fresh turf delivery times, tips and remedies for plants that are pet safe. The gum chewing younger ones on the counter are really just for show and don't seem to know anything.

We might never arrive at our actual Tuesday time cause I thought it was gonna rain at that time, so we arrived here at my closest Bunnings and next to my former high school at Kingsgrow all I want to say the place is nice and quiet as usual we had a nice walk around the huge store and a huge underground parking with a lot of spaces.

One of the biggest Bunnings I have visited. Lots of stuff here I found that I can’t find in other outlets. Open till late as well.

This is one of the biggest Bunnings I have ever seen in my life. There is plentiful equipment along with many sections which categorise the equipment. Very organised place and it doesn't have that weird smell which some Bunnings have

I cannot tell how great it is to walk into kingsgrove Bunnings and know how well trained the staff are and how they will bend over backwards to help. This is the second time I have asked young Alec for help. True to form he made it his business to give me the help I needed at every turn. When it became apparent that the workbench I had gone in to buy was unavailable since customers had opened the last two boxes and left them half empty, he took it upon himself to keep checking and to put together a package that was complete. He double checked and then had me triple check to make sure I was happy. And I suspect all this was done overtime since he was due to clock off. This young man knows the value of customer service and hard work!!! Thanks also to Jess his supervisor who is a real team player and encouraged me to leave a review for Alec . She explained how the store managers invest a lot of time training young and new employees to be really helpful. I don’t bother going elsewhere now as Kingsgrove Bunnings is such a positive experience, why would I want to check out other hardwares. Well done Alec, Jess and the team. Keep up the excellent work

I love going to Bunnings at Kingsgrove. The staff are so very approachable and friendly. I get a bit overwhelmed in there but I can always rely on a lovely staff member to help me. I really can’t speak highly enough of the Bunnings at Kingsgrove.

Great kids play area and cafe, and DIY workshops for kids on the weekend. Makes shopping for home essentials fun for everyone

It’s a grown up man’s Disney Land. Went in for screw driver walked out with everything but. Friendly, a great vibe. And princess Tuppalina sits in the trolley and gets spoiled at the cafe.

Very helpful service. I brought a shed from another store and it was missing a part and they didn’t have another to replace it. Phoned Kingsgrove and spoke to Alex at customer service and she was very helpful, spoke to the manufacturer and organised for me to pick up the part that day so I could get it assembled. Fabulous service from Alex and the garden boys.

I would like to shout out a great Thank You to the 2 gentlemen who help me with a certain item that I in need urgently, Zane and Luca went well beyond their duties to help me to located the wanted item. You 2 are a great asset to Bunnings.

Bought a variety of dwarf citrus trees , olive tree , vegetables and herbs from here recently (within last week), super helpful and friendly/Knowledge staff, great selection and reasonable prices. Recommended.

Really helpful staff especially Norma. She spent time trying to find item on PowerPass app for return when barcode has fallen off item. Others would have given up but she persisted and fixed the issue in the end. Thanks Norma. A huge asset to Bunnings

This is a new big bunnings, it is 2 levels and has everything we need. Easy underground parking, there's lifts too which makes our trip easier.

The lady with red hair whose name escaped me helped us with our potting fix and fertiliser was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so so much!

Huge Bunnings (2 levels of shopping with an escalator INSIDE the store). Underground parking is also huge as is the convenient rear entry to the store away from busy Kingsgrove Road. Definitely one of the better Bunnings stores.

I was very tired today and needed a shower head due to the one that died on me days ago… I pushed myself from a hospital visit to buy a new one. When I got there I couldn’t find the one I saw online…I asked a young man -Luca if he could help me find it. Unsuccessfully not found he did find a similar one. I took it thanked him and was on my way to find double adhesive tape and heavy duty fly spray. As I turned around Luca greeted me with the shower head I originally wanted …above and beyond indeed. He sent me on my way ro find the other items and was greeted with an (American or Canadian accented) man to help me find the tape…

My point is this…. I was exhausted and am grateful for having these two people assist me and made my life easier… heartfelt thank you to both of them.
