I'm very happy with the service, the product I ordered and the price I paid. Very fast delivery to regional WA. The price was by far the best I could find and the dog harness was exactly as described. Great place to shop and I'll be ordering again from here for sure.

Bought the beef raw hide chews for our lab and gsp, they love them. They are a good quality chew and take the dogs a bit of time to get through them, giving their teeth a good clean in the process. Delivery time was prompt. Definitely will order again.

I got Droolly Dogs which my dogs love. They wont swim in the pool without them, they squeak, float and are very tough. Delivery was very fast .Price was the best I could find. I recommend this company.

I can't fault Pet Supplies Empire. I have brought from them several times. They had the best price I could find on the internet at the moment for KONG products. Very fast delivery also free delivery if over $49 is spent. One of the things I like best about them is their transparency. They encourage honest reviews of products either good or bad. This allows buyers to make better informed choices to make sure the products will suit their pet. I would recommend this store. 5 stars!

Moxiclear purchase

I bought this product and was pleasantly surprised as to how quick it arrived. The box was a bit battered but that's most likely an Australia Post thing which they are well known for. Have used the product before - it's one of a few that doesn't have any side effects on my cats. Great product, very available and quick service. Would happily recommend this company to anyone who needs vet products.

Their prices are very competitive with other suppliers - and, for the items we have been purchasing, considerably cheaper than local pet supplies stores. An added advantage is that orders over $49 are sent freight free to most areas.

Their range might be a little limited in comparison to other suppliers, but their pricing and quality of customer response makes them well worth considering for your next purchase.

Top service and good product. Shipping was fast and free. They use the post office, which is great for me as local carriers are very unreliable. I'll definitely buy from here again.

Great stock, too - I had been trying to get my hands on the lead/harness in the photo for a while but they had been out of stock everywhere else. PSE had them in stock and for much cheaper than other stores!

I bought a Rogz black harness after my friend lost her dog in a car accident, she did not have a harness and was flung over the back seat and broke her back. I was surprised at the quality of the harness, it will last forever. I got it within a week of purchase, so was very happy buying from this company

Easy to browse website and fast delivery. Pet Supplies Empire are one of the few suppliers to still sell our dog's favourite toy - orderd from them multiple times and a great customer experience everytime. Highly recommended.

We have a shaggy coated, giant breed, so a litre of conditioner goes nowhere.
PSE had the 5 litre of Fidos which many places don't.
It's a good value product.
PSE completed, dispatched and delivered quickly.
All up campers (except the dog, he'd rather skip the bath entirely).

What a fantastic company, I use to order my products from another pet supply company. But I found PSE to be so much cheaper and their customer service great I ordered a 1.5kg bird food and was packed a 300 gram instead I wrote to them and without any question or hesitation they sent me a replacement product and sent me tracking number and even apologised all within a few hours or less of me letting them know of their mistake. This company is fantastic and great customer service they have won me with their service great products and cheap prices.
