Beautiful and good quality Table lamp. Dispatched and arrived on time . The first time buyer discount was a bonus.

The only minor suggestion I have is to share the tracking number with the customer so they can also check the whereabouts( this is the only thing I did not have ) but nevertheless when I sent a query I received the details promptly.

Bought 10 exhaust fans from Ozlighting. After placing my order and paying was advised that they couldn't be supplied until late January 2024. As we were fitting out townhouses to be occupied in December 2023, this didn't work. Ozlighting upgraded the fans and supplied promptly for the same cost, getting us out of a jamb and providing higher quality items. Great customer service and price. Thanks Peter

Replacement glass for a Mercator Fan/Light.

I brought 2 outside Bumker lights from Ozlighting. When they arrived, one of them had a crack in it.

Purchased mini down lights from Ozlighting recently. They were good quality and arrived in a reasonable time. I will use Ozlighting again.

I bought 12 LED globes online and were sent ones which did not look like the picture on the website. When I contacted the sales team, they apologised immediately, promptly organised a postal return form and sent out the correct replacement globes all at their own expense. It was totally painless and the new globes were received interstate in less than a week. Their pricing was very competitive but even more impressive has been the quality of their service. I received very helpful phone advice by knowledgeable staff. Options were explained and I was able to purchase over the phone, The interaction exceeded my expectations. The product arrived quickly. My only issue were the product assembly instructions. I will be giving feedback to the manufacturer on this.
