One of the best shopping experiences I've had in my Canberra holiday. Lisa and Jenny made it possible for my husband and I to create beautiful memories helping us find exactly the jewellery we wanted for our 10th anniversary. Such lovely, helpful ladies. Service far exceeded anything we've experienced anywhere else. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful shopping experience today with the lovely Masha serving us. She was not only extremely polite but super helpful and made our search so much easier! The manager Lisa also helped and was delightful to deal with. 5 star customer service to you both!

I went to Angus Coote yesterday but they were gonna close, so the lady put the earings on the side for me to try tomorrow. I was back today but she wasn’t there. There was an oldest lady served me. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t give me advise between 2 designs that I was considering. I asked about membership offer and she said they don’t do membership. She put the earings on the little stick for me to try and see which one is more suitable. She was very slow in everything (trial, consulting, processing the bill) like she had no energy or not interested to serve me. When I got home, I found out that one of the little stick was’t fit to the hole to lock the earring. It was deformed when she tried to put to the tool for trial. So disappointed with the customer service at Canberra Centre store!

Very poor customer service on boxing day. They were tired and showing their temper to customer. Staff really matches the quality of products available in the shop.

Angus and Coote is one of the largest jewelry and shop watches in Australia. This shop is located at the Canberra Centre.

My wife likes jewelry and myself, the watches. So we use to visit this store more often. Yesterday we went there to check some new items as they have offered a 50% discount.
We ended up choosing two brand news Tommy Hilfiger watches those were not offered any discount.

The saleswoman named Scarlett was so patience, kind hearted and polite to all of the customers. She offered us a 15% discount (special manager discount) to us and it was still beyond our budget. So we thanked her and told that we might be come back. She smiled and thanked us for visiting the store.

We compared the price with online and came back to buy one watch, however the other saleswoman (forgot to see her name) offered to help us as Scarlett was busy with another customer.

That other saleswoman was apparently rude with us and told us that the watch we've chosen was the full price and she couldn't give us discount. Then Scarlett came and told her she already offered us the 15% discount before. Then she was showing her frustration and gave us the discount and even not smiled at us.

We had a feeling that we bought/got the watch for free and that 15% discount went on her pocket! It's really ridiculous how bad attitude she holds for her customers!

However, we thanked her for the service and we came back to Scarlett and really appreciated her politeness and helpfulness towards us.

I would give 1 star for the very bad customer service of that lady, and give 5 star 🌟 for Scarlett's awesome customer service.

This store is not allow to do refund. Even the same product still selling in Myer , David Jones , Kogan. With a much lower price , they refuse to refund you the price different. I will report that to ACCC , as their change in mind policy and price match policy is not reasonable.
