Mazzucchelli's Canberra Centre

I like to visit the Canberra Centre store because the staff there were very considerate. Professional and mindful . They gave me very good advice . I don’t usually anticipate staff can help me much when it comes to buying jewelry. But Samantha was extremely helpful. Not only she helped me find a very value for money pearl necklace as a present for a very special colleague of mine who was retiring, she also helped me order the ones online when there was none in stock in the store. I will come back.

Initially was after a Gucci necklace which is not currently in stock in store and Clara helped me to transfer from other states. It was worth to wait as it just so stunning!

My wife and I went in to the Canberra Center store recently to have a look at watches and we walked out the proud owners of a new Longines watch for my wife. The service provided by Marina and the other staff was excellent. I look forward to buying myself a new watch in the future from this store.

The store is very neat and sells many of the unique, high quality and highly sought after jewels from many brands around the world. The watches are exquisite, rings splendid and many other great masterpeices. The staff are polite, interactive and informative. Advertisements are plentiful and allow for a pleasant time shopping there.

Despite reviews I went in and was looking for a special piece of jewellery. Lynn was so helpful and accommodating with all my needs. Thank you Lynn! Fantastic customer service

Hopeless store. Never answer their phone. After 4 months no information on the repair of a watch under warranty.

Brought a diamond & gold bangle (ticket price circa $7k) a few years ago and never wore it due to Covid (it’s been sitting in the safe). Recently took it out, wore it a few times and noticed that one of the side clips to the clap was defective and kept coming undone. Took it back to the shop and the lady, who was very rude, decided she was going to try to fix it and took it to the back. When she came back a few minutes later, the clip was completely bent and clearly broken. Instead of replacing the bangle (they had another in store), she then insisted that it has to be sent to HQ in South Australia for assessment. I called up after about 2 weeks and was told I’d get a call back from the manager. I did not get a call back. I call again at 3 weeks, and I am told that the jeweller has assessed that the clip is broken and the bangle is bent out of shape “due to accidental damage” and there’ll be a repair cost - no mention that it was broken by the store!! When I try to explain all this to the lady on the phone, she says she is just a casual who cant help but that she’ll leave a note for her manager to call me tomorrow! Do not buy from these people!
